    Birds in sofit

    Michael provided a warm greeting and a great overview of the service provided and options should there be findings in his inspection. After a thorough inspection Michael buttoned up and secured the sofit all around the house. He was fast, efficient, friendly and EFFECTIVE.     Squirrel Removal and House proofing.

    Stewart was great. He came to assess the situation, gave us a clear estimate of the cost of the work, and the amount of time it would take. His follow through was accurate to his estimate. He came when he said he would, called a few minutes before arrival, was friendly and informative about the situation and the work necessary.. Following the basic work on the house he came back twice to follow up and ensure that the squirrels had gone and were not able to regain access. We would definitely recommend the company and especially Stewart if anyone is having trouble with wildlife accessing their home.

    Animal control

    The work was done in a way to secure the house from animals entering the roof. No harm was done and all is secure. Stuart was very considerate and explained all the steps clearly.

    Removal of squirrels from our attic.

    After a comprehensive assessment which confirmed the presence of squirrels, the removal process was explained to me and a written estimate was provided. The process was started and the service was completed satisfactorily over the next few days, including multiple visits to ensure that the squirrels were gone and written updates provided on each visit. The entire process was first class.

    Remove squirrels from the roof

    Rid and squirrel proof my attic.

    I called AAA wildlife and they said they would have a service man first thing the next day. A very personable young man called the next day and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. When Andrew arrived we discussed my problem, he then appraised the situation and explained what he would do to rid my attic of the squirrel(s) and prevent further occurances. I then chose from the options he gave me and he wrote out a quote. He then proceeded to wire up 3 areas where they could gain access thru my soffets and set a one way exit only door on the most obvious point of entry. He then left after approx 2 hrs and said he would come back the next day to check the one way exit to see if it had been used by the squirrels to exit the attic. The next day Andrew again called and then came and checked the exit point. The squirrel had tripped the exit door and Andrew asked me to listen for any further signs of the squirrel(s) trying to regain entry or still being in the attic making noise. Yesterday after waiting another 3 days Andrew called before coming again. When he arrived he asked if I had heard any more noise in the attic and I said no and felt he could proceed with removing the one way exit and installing wire mesh over the last access point. Within a few minutes he completed the job and I thanked him for his excellent service. He also had given me his cell number when he first came to our place and asked me to give him a call if I heard or saw any more signs of the squirrels gaining access to our attic. My wife and I are both very pleased with the services both Andrew and the company he works for provided. Quick, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I must mention, we are now just coming into the start of baby season for squirrels and this process becomes a little more complex when babies are involved. We now need to locate and access the nesting area to hand remove the babies when present. Some of these removals can get much more complicated in the coming weeks. Typically we are expecting possible babies in the nest from March through October. We are glad you had us out before babies arrived.     rat infestation inside the roof attic and garage

    As a DIY, I could not get the RAT situation under control, so I talked to my neighbor who already had a similar problem and after five attempts with small and big companies only to be disappointed with the past results, he said only one guy can solved this problem, Mr Randy from AAA wildlife. I followed my neighbor's advice, and contacted Mr Randy At AAA wildlife control. Mr Randy was very patient and explained in details every options to fight this problem, and let us choose through the different options. Mr Randy has a life long dealing with wildlife, and of course is very knowledgeable and very patient dealing with customer.

    Did screeening and repairs.

    Had a raccoon get on our roof and did some damage. AAA come in next day and put in preventative measures and did great repairs.

    inspect roof and repair displaced roof tiles

    roof tiles needed to be adjusted in order to prevent rodents (rats) from gaining entry into the attic

    Rodent removal and preventative measures
