Complete Home Renovations at Our Investment Property
We hired Cozy Casa Constructions to renovate our investment property. They completed the project within the estimated time frame and at a very reasonable price. We will certainly be using their services for future projects. Bill and his team did an amazing job by converting the old town-house into an elegant home. I strongly recommend the Cozy Casa team. This renovation included all of the upgrades including Quartz kitchen countertops, flooring, new doors, pot lights, fibreglass bath tub, and electric fireplace, in addition to various small upgrades that helped us in getting more value for he house and selling it in few days after the entire renovation was completed. Thank you Billy. Keep up the good work.

Bathroom -refacing of bathtub area
Very efficient and fast - friendly and easy to reach via phone. Would recommend for any job big or small.

Kitchen Renovation, Stairs restoration and Flooring
Bill's actions was prompted throughout the entire process, from responding to the initial request for a quote to many enquires poor to the Job, adding to this he and his team address my suggested personal preference like the next day ! I am very please with the work that was done, great attention was paid especially to the floors. I would recommend Cozy Casa for you project as well.

Finished Basement with city permit.
Hired Cozy Casa Constructions to finish our basement. Billy and his team did a marvelous job including getting the architectural drawings and getting the basement work passed by the city. They were always on time and got the job done within the time frame of 4 weeks including the inspections. Billy himself is very knowledgeable and his guys are real professionals. We will definitely recommend Cozy Casa Constructions and use their services in the future. Thanks guys keep up the good work. Charlie S.

Convenience store work
I have had construction done at my convenience store completed everything it was great to work with billy company call CozyCasa Construction , he kept everything well maintain great person to work with.. honest person to work with I recommend him... thank you billy..

Kitchen Renovation
The renovation was done with a professional touch. The old kitchen was turned to a brand new kitchen. I must say I am very impressed and satisfied with the renovation.

Kitchen Renovation
Very professional team with excellent workmanship. Completed the job in time at a reasonable cost and the end result is such a beautiful kitchen. All our friends have a big "WOW" written on their faces as soon as they saw the renovation.

Staging
We had utilized Cozy Casa's services for one of our properties which we had renovated and sold. Cozy Casa were very prompt and organized. The staging helped sell the home quickly.

Home Staging..
I hired Cozy Casa Team for staging the property, they are very professional and punctual, did job very well. I would definitely recommend their name in the future.
