    Basement Renovation

    We are very satisfied with the recent renovation done by Cozy Casa. They were helpful in their suggestions and knowledgeable in what would work best for our space. Billy coordinated all the trades that were needed in an efficient timely manner and everyone was very courteous and efficient. Billy runs a very tight ship and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Cozy Casa.

    Bathroom renovation

    Soon after we bought our new house, we decided to renovate all three bathrooms (ensuite, kids and basement). We reached out to a few contractors and, from the beginning, Billy stood out due to his prompt communication and responsiveness during the estimation process. Cozy Casa's price is also very competitive, which was one the main factors to give them the project. At the beginning, we a bit anxious about the "Contractor's choice" option for the material as we were unsure about the quality we could get. It later proved that the material is high quality, although some may consider the options limited. In our case, we were able to achieve exactly the results we were hoping for. As for the execution, the project started at the set date and finished 3 days before planned!! The crew was very professional and clean, and work diligently to get the project completed on time. We highly recommend Cozy Casa and we would definitely work with Billy again in the future.

    Home Renovation Project

    Bathroom renovation

    Billy was a pleasure to work with during our total bathroom renovation. He is polite, professional, and overall we were happy with the service he provided. He made sure to communicate our concerns to his crew and any fixes or improvements we asked for were carried out promptly.

    Bathrooms Project

    We had a bathroom, an ensuite and a powder room completely renovated. We are happy with the results and would recommend Cozy Casa for any bathroom renovation. Billy is organized, punctual, honest, transparent and easy to communicate with at any time. The follow-up to the issues was quick and courteous. Overall the work was started and completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. It was a pleasure to do business with Cozy Casa. Thanks H Sangha

    Kitchen, flooring and powder room reno

    Cozy Casa Homes did a meticulous job while working at our house. As part of the Reno, the team redid our kitchen, including new cabinets, sink and countertops. They were able create more storage space and move my microwave off the counter. In addition, the team installed hardwood flooring through the house, painted it and refreshed the powder room. The home looks brand new and we have received several compliments on the way it has turned out. The team was diligent in ensuring that the job was well done. They landed up finishing the project way before the due date on the contract. Everyone on the team is very easy going and really good at what they do. Really glad that we chose Cozy Casa to complete our home reno for us.

    Kitchen & Washroom Renovation

    If you're looking for a company that can do a remarkable work on your kitchen and bathroom remodel, Cozy Casa Homes should be at the top of your listing. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and washrooms and they did an impressive job. Billy and his team were really receptive, timely, and professional - sort of company that always makes us seem like we're getting the most effective service possible.

    Condo Renovation

    It was wonderful working with Billy from Cozy Casa Homes. The entire process was well structured and there was constant communication about the progress and next steps of the project. We did a full condo renovation including floors, ceiling, paint, new kitchen, removing and adding walls. (Excluded the bathroom). We would definitely recommend them to someone looking to do renovations.

    Two bathroom renovations

    We used Cozy Casa Homes for the first time for our two bathroom renovations. The process has been very structured and professional from the initial conversations to the end of the project. Billy and his entire team showed professionalism all throughout. What I truly appreciated was the ongoing dialogue and updates from Billy who was very involved and oversaw every step of the reno, and for going above and beyond. He and his team listened to our comments and took appropriate steps to provide satisfying results. Overall we are pleased with the outcome. Would I want to use Cozy Casa Homes for future renos? Yes I definitely would.

    Installed brand new doors

    Billy from Cozy Casa was a pleasure to work with. We really appreciated his attention to detail and timely communication. He delivered the project on time and on budget. We are super happy with our new doors, and well definitely work with Cozy Casa again in the future.
