Paid for inspection. Said part not available any longer. Could get it rebuilt but might take a month? He didn't seem confident because he never used the rebuilding before.Answer from pro:
Hi Glen, Thank you for your feedback. During my inspection I diagnosed the issue with your microwave as a faulty control board. Unfortunately, this part is no longer available for purchase from the manufacturer. To still try and offer you a solution, I reached out to third-party PCB repair services that might fit your budget and simply passed along the information I was given. I was also honest about my own experience with these PCB repair companies — sorry you didn’t like that. 🙂 My goal is always to give customers transparent options, even when the situation is difficult. Dryer fixed! Absolutely thrilled with Get It Complete! Dmytro responded promptly to my search, with clearly articulated quote for the work. He came within a day, diagnosed the issue and fixed my smoking dryer. He also provided advice on how to clean the dryer hose on an annual basis to prevent this type of issue in the future. Dymtro is a very honest and diligent professional. He was on time found the issue with the dishwasher quickly. He quoted a very reasonable price for labor and parts. He was diligent in fixing the issue and making sure nothing else is wrong. He also explained the job and gave me tips for maintenance. They showed up on time, they couldn't necessarily pinpoint the problem or why it occurred but their diagnostic process and testing fixed the issue and we have our dishwasher back.
