The technician arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be fixed. The repair was done efficiently, he quickly went and bought a spare part needed, additionally cleaned and vacuumed the drier; my dryer is now running better than ever. Plus provided a 3 month warranty. What impressed me most was the professionalism—clean workspace, respectful communication, and fair pricing. Dmytro is great, he came in and diagnosed our dishwasher, he spent time trying different things, very patient and respectful. Unfortunately the control board is broken, nothing much that can be done on the spot .Very reasonable pricing.

We had an E(rror)24 on our Bosch dishwasher. So something related to the pump or drain blockage. Turned out it was a couple of pumpkin seeds from Halloween that had caused a backup. Fixed in under an hour! Great work!
