A bit twist story but i'm glad things worked out eventually. The moving part was smooth, they came early, Scott was very fast and professional. And price was just as agreed.

We had 3 movers from J & J Moving and they gave us the smoothest move possible and went above and beyond to help us out. They moved everything perfectly, even with some very very tight corners and even stayed to help us put together our dining room table and bedroom furniture! Would highly recommend these guys!

John and his team were great! Very attentive and responsive from the first meeting to settling up. Great attention to detail at every step. The crew was careful, fast and courteous on a long cold winter day with lots of fresh snow. Everything was wrapped up and well treated including some larger and heavier pieces of art that were last moved by fancy expensive art movers/installers. I am very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them.

John is super nice to deal with. Honest and sticks to his word, his team were helpful and managed our townhome's three flights of stairs for the move! Would recommend for moves and would consider again for future moves. Thanks!

We moved from Toronto to Montreal in the middle of a pandemic with curfews. Scotty and Q did excellent work and were easy to work with. They wrapped all the furniture neatly and nothing was damaged or broken - they were also quick and efficient. I’m very happy with the results and would recomment J&J Moving company to everyone.

I used J&J to move from my 2 bed condo to a house in Toronto. The guys arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. The cleared out the condo and unloaded everything at the house in a few hours. Would definitely use again.

John said to me "moving is stressful so we'll make sure we make your move as smooth as possible". The guys showed up on time and with all the tools and material they needed to wrap and pack up the contents of my 1 BR securely. They were quick and efficient and easy and pleasant to work with. I'm always hesitant when getting movers but this was a great experience from my first phone call with John onwards. I'd recommend them and would call them first if I have to move again.

Like any other company (yeah all of them) you get a quote for hours/men but you'll pay more at the end because of extra fees or an extra hour. Despite that, J&J is still one of the best choices considering price and quality, not to mention the friendly staff. Unfortunately one of the fragile boxes with our childhood stuff, traveling memories etc fell (I guess, since a lot of stuff inside was broken) and still more unfortunately, their insurance won't cover it. Insurance doesn't cover whatever they didn't pack. So insurance = paying even more to have all packed. Sad but it seems all companies work the same way. They answered me after a few weeks of waiting and we agreed on a solution but it's a shame jewelry cases, porcelain from Turkey, candles from our summer in Florida, sculptures from London, or family portraits from our hometown, things impossible to be replaced are now trash.

I needed a mover within two weeks at the end of the month. J and J worked hard to fit me in and get me moved. Mike was a huge help and worked extremely hard. I will use them again.
