Reply created 8 Jun 2021I sent a email explaining the crew was running late which you responded thank you what is the eta, they were 30 minute's late. we had a truck with the mechanics but when i went to pick it up the night before it wasn't fixed properly so i rented a truck for your move and that was the delay. the afternoon job was for 3 guys so we agreed on 3 guys but you were only charged for 3 for the loading and unloading, all the traveling to Hamilton and back to Toronto was charged at the 2 man rate. The guys are all super polite and experienced and were upset with the way you acted. telling them not to wrap her belongings and rushing them. Mike explained to you no insurance if you don't let me protect the furniture, he has done so many happy moves. So at the end of the move you refused to pay and asked what i was going to do to rectify being late. i agreed to pay your HST afraid of your demands and threats. so a few days later you start saying things are damaged. a table you had all wrapped up and we never seen. when i told you we don't insure what we don't see , you sent me picture's of a coffee table saying its worth 1000$ our repair man was given your phone# to hopefully resolve this , your review is wrong in every way possible
