    Two great moving experiences!

    We have used J&J movers twice already, and we cannot recommend them enough! Very professional movers that charge a fair rate. John and the team were punctual, polite, and respectful. It was also easy to communicate and coordinate everything. They wrapped up all of our furniture, and handled it very well, thus resulting in no damages from either of our moves. We will definitely continue to use them for our future moves.

    Moving dryer and furniture

    Excellent experience today. These guys were great. Went the extra mile. Professional, on time and Very careful in the house moving things. Will hire again. Moved furniture, heavy tiles up to second-story and a dryer. Had to remove two doors.

    As good as it get....

    I was referred to John by a close friend and he and his team (especially Scottie) have done great work for me. I used them initially earlier in the year to move some furniture from a condo to the suburbs and now again more recently to move the contents of another condominium into a storage unit. On both occasions, the teams arrived on time, bubble wrapped all of the items and completed the moves seamlessly. I met 5 individual employees over the course of my dealings and they were all very professional. I would highly recommend J and J Moving Company for your moving needs. Darren Delaney

    We moved from Mississauga to Montreal. I am really impressed with the service I was provided with the company. Movers are really friendly and took care of everything. Budget friendly and highly recommend

    Residential move

    These guys did a great job with my move. They were reliable, on time, very friendly, and easy to work with. I had a bunch of heavy music equipment to deal with and they worked their butts off. Moving is stressful, but these guys made it easier for sure. Worth every penny!

    Move in Toronto Late May

    John was very professional and kind on the phone on all contacts. J&J / John was flexible when I had to change the move date from early May 2021 to late May 2021. The crew was professional and hardworking. We moved a whole 2 stories of a house in about 5hrs without issue. Nothing was damaged, things got moved around well, and crew was responsive to my requests to optimize their placement, wrapped everything I requested and provided the supplies. Very professional and hardworking crew. No issues and move occurred in Toronto late May without issues. Great company and thanks John and his crew.

    Great and quick move

    These guys are great. They came in fully prepared and moved so quick not wasting even a single second. Before I even knew it my house was in their truck and they were on their way to our new place. They were mindful not stepping in with shoes to our new place and they were careful with all our items. I highly recommend. No hassle and no hidden fees.

    Completely Unprofessional, Damaged Items

    The worst moving experience. J and J was completely unprofessional from start to finish, had very delayed communication, arrived late on moving day without advanced notice, and damaged my furniture. The crew was inexperienced and treaded my belongings very carelessly, and got upset when I told them to be careful. When I expressed displeasure with the service, the owner was exceptionally rude. Once I saw the damage on the items and contacted them, they didn't respond for days and didn't address the situation.

    I sent a email explaining the crew was running late which you responded thank you what is the eta, they were 30 minute's late. we had a truck with the mechanics but when i went to pick it up the night before it wasn't fixed properly so i rented a truck for your move and that was the delay. the afternoon job was for 3 guys so we agreed on 3 guys but you were only charged for 3 for the loading and unloading, all the traveling to Hamilton and back to Toronto was charged at the 2 man rate. The guys are all super polite and experienced and were upset with the way you acted. telling them not to wrap her belongings and rushing them. Mike explained to you no insurance if you don't let me protect the furniture, he has done so many happy moves. So at the end of the move you refused to pay and asked what i was going to do to rectify being late. i agreed to pay your HST afraid of your demands and threats. so a few days later you start saying things are damaged. a table you had all wrapped up and we never seen. when i told you we don't insure what we don't see , you sent me picture's of a coffee table saying its worth 1000$ our repair man was given your phone# to hopefully resolve this , your review is wrong in every way possible

    Excellent move

    Excellent day with J and J movers providing prompt, professional and friendly service. Despite a very short move in the neighbourhood, they wrapped and handled our items with care. Would highly recommend this team.

    Great experience! What a wonderful team!

    I cannot thank John's team enough. What an excellent quality moving job they did for me, today! They were on time and well organized. I got to know this company through my sister and then, my parents. Their experience was memorable with JandJ movers. Punctual, polite, clean, fast, respectful, and very efficient; the move went perfectly for my family members. That's why I chose JandJ moving company for myself, as well. Today, John's team was just amazing, outstanding even! Everyone was courteous, loyal and great to work with. They took care of my belongings as they were their own. Just beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to call them next time. The right price for the best moving service ever. Safety measures neatly applied during this COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend them to anyone.
