    Full Kitchen Renovation

We are never people to leave a review but in this case I just to say something. It started with our first visit from Hamid the operations manager. As soon as he walked in our house he already had the vision for our renovation. We never thought to remove all the walls between the kitchen and living room but Hamid had a very clear vision of our project. We didn’t even discuss kitchen cabinets or backsplash etc. A week or 2 later we went to the Steeles office to meet with Hamid and a fantastic designer Narges. After seeing his design we were sold and started the process of picking the cabinets, flooring, countertop etc. This process was made so smooth because of the designer Narges who made the choices simple and seamless after seeing our space and discussing our tastes. Now it was time for demolition and putting everything back together. This was lead by the project manager Ali. I don’t know where to begin from his attention to detail to quality of workmanship is second to none. All the trades and his crew are all of the highest quality. The great thing for us was that Ali handled all construction and different trades coming in and out. It was one stop shopping. It is nice to meet people who take such pride in their work and it clearly shows with our completed project. They were on time and on budget. We would never hesitate to recommend Kitchen and Bath to our friends and family and will be calling again for the main bathroom. Thank you to all staff and trades at Kitchen and Bath for our dream kitchen. Jim and Bessie.

    Kitchen and Bath Renovations

Special thanks to Nargus for guiding us through the design phase and material selection, and to Ali for bending backwards to ensure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The renos have totally transformed our home and are a joy to use. We are now in the planning stage for Kitchen and Bath to complete two more bathroom renos in the next few months. Allen.

    Master Bathroom Renovation

We enlarged our Master Bathroom and added a large double vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. The Kitchen & Bath Team did an excellent job. All of the team that participated in the Renovation were courteous and friendly. The quality of the work was very good and each team member would check with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job at each stage. Thanks to all. We are very satisfied with the result.

    2 Bathrooms renovation

I had two bathrooms renovated and am very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend them to anyone. The crew was professional and friendly and always kept things clean at the end of the day. I had three quotes and they were in the middle. They finished on schedule. They made my renovations a pleasant experience.

    Bathroom Renovation

As a relatively new homeowner with few major projects under my belt, I didn't know what to expect with a full bathroom reno. Luckily the guys were simply fantastic through the entire process. Everything was perfect, from design decisions, to when and what time the team arrived, and accounting/costs. No surprises at the end of it all. While another project was happening with a different company outside it was like night and day dealing with that team compared to Kitchen & bath guys. Things were on time, ran smoothly (even in a supply-ridden Covid situation), and the results speak for themselves. I was blown away at the attention to details along every step of the way. In an old house we ran into a few unexpected small structural things to tackle and they did it very well, including added insulation on an exterior wall. The tiling is superb - one area I was a little nervous about because of my high attention to detail, but again- they dealt with is it just perfectly! No question I'll be reaching out to them for my next project.

    Kitchen renovation and custom pantry

Had a terrific experience with Shawn and his team. Their design incorporated our ideas and good suggestions for the layout. The oversized pantry with a built in bar turned out just perfect and the 2 tone island with oversized thicker gables made the whole kitchen look luxurious. Will definitely work with them again!

    Not your typical contractor

This review is way past due, however we wanted at least a year to go by in order to identify any quality issues in products or workmanship. We have completed full renovations of 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen as well as removed/put up some walls to get our dream home and open layout. K&B under Hamid's leadership has been super throughout the whole project, from the site visit to provide a quote and check the work, to recommendations on design and what will work and what won't, all of it has been excellent. One impressive thing that you will not get from other contractors is the flexibility (most of the time), responsibility for their work, and customer satisfaction. We were delighted when Hamid sent the team who did the tiles last year in order to remove and replace a few tiles that we were not happy about. The tiles team visited over 3 days and replaced everything to our satisfaction, at no cost. We highly recommend working with Hamid for price, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are still looking forward to doing your basement;) Sincerely, Kitchen & Bath Team
