    Repair Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System

    The servicemen came on time and did an excellent job. The furnace they installed works great, and had no problems. They also cleaned up well, explained how to use the thermostat. Tony at the sale office responds almost instantly to your questions. I highly recommend them to do work in your home. It really pays to have qualified workers so that you don't have to worry about anything down the road. A+++

    Above and beyond

    We were so impressed with Megacity! They were exceptionally responsive and helped up problem solve potential issues with our boiler. As they were completing the repair, an old corroded part broke off and they didnt leave until the issue was resolved (even going so far as to call around to find the parts needed and going to pick them up!) We are very grateful and would definitely recommend them.

    Happy Customer — now with HOT water!

    When we moved into our house we inherited a rental agreement for our hot water tank (which apparently is signed for life). The past 5 years we have had to provide a letter to our insurance provider that the tank was still functioning (13 years old). Recently the pilot went out. We called the rental company (abode) and they sent people out right away. Long story short the fix didn't stick and the pilot went out immediately. Tony @ Mega City (Mega City and Abode apparently split up) called me right away and walked me through my options. We decided that we would replace the system with a new tankless one, and that it could be done right away so that we would have hot water that evening. The team came and installed everything quickly and efficiently. Walked me through all the details and cleaned up before they left. We are now with a nice new functioning system and couldn't be happier.

    Replace water heater

    These guys are amazing. Tony and his team our professional, very responsive and through in their work. They were upfront with the estimates and diagnosis of the issue. My water heater tank was replaced in 24 hrs. I will Highly recommend them. It wasn't an easy job to replace the heater in the basement of a townhouse with narrow stairs but they managed it well and made sure no damage happened to the property. Thank you guys.

    Fast service that goes the extra mile

    Tony was prompt in reaching out and coming to my home. He was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely think of him first next time I have an urgency or routine maintenance.

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace failed on the Friday evening before a long weekend. We feared that we would have to spend the weekend with our family in our winter coats. After connecting with Megacity, we had a technician at our door in under an hour. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he took the time to show us some things we can do on our own to assist in ongoing maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! F

    New Furnace Install

    I recently had a furnace installed by MegaCity Heating and AC, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The team was very knowledgeable and transparent about all the costs involved, which I greatly appreciated. Mark, the technician who installed the furnace, was excellent. He was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the installation. The old furnace was removed as we discussed. Overall, dealing with MegaCity Heating and AC was a great experience, and I highly recommend their services.

    Water tank replacement

    Knowledgeable and honest about products, options and warranties, which allowed us to make an informed decision. Excellent and prompt customer service with efficient installation and quality work. Will definitely be using Megacity for our AC instillation in the spring time! I trust their work and word!

    New HVAC installation

    My family and I have been clients of MegaCity for over 25 years. When we had our Toronto home, they installed 3 furnaces & 2 AC units during that time and they functioned great, only needed to be replaced when they reached the end of their life cycle. When I purchased my home in Hamilton in July, once again I had MegaCity install a new furnace, AC unit and tankless water heater for me. Once again everything is working perfectly. Please feel comfortable in allowing MegaCity to look after your family home the same way they have looked after my family home.

    AC installation

    After using Megacity for replacing our furnace in 2022, they were our first call when we needed to replace the air conditioning unit as well. Similar to our prior experience, they were easy to deal with before, during, and after the work was done. AC has been working great and would easily recommended Megacity...again!
