    Install or replace airconditioning: Detached house; Replacement; Split

    Tony was fantastic to work with, established trust, very transparent and the quote matched my needs, was very thorough and collaborative. The installation team led by Eddie was truly outstanding! They were detail oriented and took their time to explain the process, educate me and install properly with time and attention. Fantastic experience overall. could not reccomend enough.

    the job was done with professionalism with excellent results. I had a gas leaking issue. Mark carefully looked for the leakage and fixed it. Thank you Mega City for the work well done.

    Install or replace gas systems and pipes: Repair gas line

    They were very responsive and came out quickly to check for leaks after Enbridge’s sub contractor Lakeside Performance Gas swapped the meter and told us there was a leak. Mega City were very knowledgeable, did a thorough inspection, didn’t find anything, and were able to get the gas back on that very evening. Our gas lines and water heater (the only gas devise in use) are only 5 years. Beware, Lakeside Performance lies about the leak to offset responsibility and liability of their work.

    We were impressed by how quickly they responded. Tony knew the problem and let us know exactly what needed to be done. Next day, Marc and Glen came to replace our furnace. The whole job went smoothly. No issues whatsoever. Thank you Megacity! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

    They responded quickly but spent the entire visit pushing a 5k furnace replacement instead of diagnosing the no heat issue. Two different technicians over 2 days claimed my 11 year old unit was beyond repair and even misdiagnosed the control board. After I firmly refused a new unit, the technician magically "fixed" the issue by tapping the gas valve. A second opinion confirmed the furnace is fine and only needed a simple valve replacement. Beware of high-pressure upselling over actual repairs. They may sound courteous but put too much pressure, misdirection, and upselling instead of addressing the real problem. Be cautious.

We had a tech out to you within 2 hours on an extremely cold night. He suspected a possible issue with the board and provided a replacement quote as an option, but because he was not certain of the diagnosis he recommended having a senior tech come out the next day, at no extra charge. During the follow-up visit, the senior tech identified the issue was with the gas valve and was able to get it working, although the same issue could return. Our goal is to always provide clear information and options so homeowners can make the decision that works best for them. Megacity has been a family-run company serving the GTA for over 25 years, and we take pride in providing honest advice and responsive service.

    Repair or maintain heating system: Pressure switch malfunction

    OUTSTANDING price and service Tony got the ball rolling and mark did the installation of my new furnace I will only use megacity for HVAC moving forward Great guys. Came on time and followed up 2 days later.
