    Replaced all the locks in our house!

    Alon responded to my service request on Homestars to have all the locks replaced in our new house. He did an excellent job. We would highly recommend. He listened to our concerns about one the doors and he found an excellent solution.

    Replace door locks

    Amazing, friendly and honest service. Changed all locks in our home and provided great advice to keep costs in line. I highly recommend their service and would certainly use them again.

    Did much more than I hoped for

    Raccoons had figured out how to open the backdoor to my garage, for which I had lost the key years earlier and always left unlocked. Alon responded to my request on Homestars in minutes. Three hours later he came, and changed the lock on that door. The battery for the garage door which had been beeping during all of COVID he was also able to change, something I thought I would otherwise have put off for more months. He did everything in less than half an hour and even oiled up the mechanism on the main garage door which I didn't even ask him to do. He was incredibly courteous and cheerful. What a great work ethic! I wish everything in life was this easy.

    New deadbolt on main door

    Alon installed a new deadbolt lock on my house's main door. Very efficient communication and quotation before hiring and arrival, arrived on time and installed the lock efficiently and smoothly. Thanks Alon.

    Locked Out

    I called Alon after losing my only garage door key, with no other way to get in. He was able to stop by the same day at the time promised. He had to pick the old lock and install a new t-handle lock. The work was done quickly and he also applied lubrication, which greatly reduced the noise made by the door when opening and closing. I would definitely use Smart Care Garage Doors again. Thank you.

    Garage Door - Amazing

    Contacted Smartcare Garage door on Thursday night at 7 because I couldn't open up my garage door - not even manually. They answered the call and said they could have a technician at my house the next morning between 8-9. The next morning at 815 the technician called me and told me he'd be there in 30 min. He arrived, did a diagnostic and gave me a fair quote. I checked the parts on home depots website for compassion and everything checked out. The job was completed in under 2 hours and my door works like new. He never tried to upsell and told me my setup was great. Quick friendly service.

    Garage Door Repair

    I have contacted few companies to repair a very old garage door. Some companies gave me a high cost estimate which I refuse and others told me this garage door is irreparable. When I called Smart Care Garage door he came on time and after a thorough review he give me a reasonable estimate and the job was done in few hours. very Professional service, I highly recommend this company.     Locksmith service: re-keying

    Alon was quick to contact me although I made the service request late at night. He immediately provided his best quote, made an appointment to come out the next morning at a time of my convenience, he texted me when he was on his way, arrived on time, and quickly performed the rekeying of my lock. I also asked him for a garage quote and he gave me great detailed information. I would recommend this company.

    Repair front door opener

    Door opener latch loose. Alon found possible replacement hardware but suggested to come to inspect himself.. he fixed the problem expertly with no need to replace opener hardware. Outstanding expertise, commitment, integrity and service. I highly recommend smartcare

    Garage Door Instalation

    Project: New install of a garage door I purchased used off of Kijiji. I initially thought I could do this job myself but quickly realized this was not going to be a straight forward installation. So I called Alon from Smart Care Garage Doors Toronto. Alon was great, showed up on time, was able to make a couple of modifications to get the garage door working properly. He also showed me how to program both the remote and the keypad. Everything is working great. Would recommend!!!
