    We were delighted! They were prompt, professional, and fixed the problems!

    Smart Care Garage Doors Toronto were the first people to answer my service request, they scheduled a visit the very next morning, and arrived when they said they would. It took Alons about 10 minutes to analyze the problems with both garage doors, then about two hours to fix them both. He also reprogrammed both automatic door clickers, made suggestions about how best to maintain the doors, and recommendations about what we might do, long-term, to prolong the useful life of the doors. He was personable, pleasant, and professional throughout. We were delighted with the service!

    Smart Care Garage Door immediate response and help

    Very prompt response from Alon. Immediate visit, excellent troubleshooting. After resolving the issue (I caused it myself), Alon helped with maintenance and proper keypad setup. I am extremely satisfied with Alon's service and would recommend him to anyone.

    Fast and friendly

    Alon answered my service request on Homestars within minutes compared to the others and was quick to answer my questions. I let him know what was happening with my garage opener and after I sent him photos of the unit he determined that we wouldn't be able to find parts for such an old motor. He sent me a few models and gave me a few recommendations and within a couple of hours he was at my place installing a new garage door opener. About an hour later he was finished with the installation. Super professional and pays attention to the details. Highly recommended!

    Repair Garage Door

    Alon answered my call and arrived within two hours to inspect my mother's garage door. The door would not close properly because the top panel had a crack and it tended to buckle when closing. Alon agreed to fix it right then and there so that it would work properly before I left the house. He did an excellent job and the door is now working perfectly. He spent about one hour reinforcing the door panels and I was impressed with quality of his work.

    Garage door repair

    We reached out to Smart Care Garage Doors late one night as our garage door won’t close, Alon called us back early morning next day, and he was at our place within an hour. Alon is very professional and patience. He explained to us the problems of our garage opener, and he provided us solutions to resolve them. Alon is very professional, efficient and we are very impressed of his service. He will be our go to person when we have any future issues with our garage door. Thank you and keep up the good work.

    Garage door malfunction

    Alok was very prompt in replying. He came, assessed the situation and replaced the motor and the rollers within 1 hour. Throughout all interactions he was very professional and conducted everything in a very efficient manner. Strongly recommend his services.

    Garage door preventive maintenance and new door handles

    Called early to confirm arrival time. Worked quickly but thoroughly. Not only performed all work well and as agreed upon but also went above and beyond. Polite and nice to talk to. Highly recommended.

    Garage door restoration

    Amazing work by this company. Answered my call immediately, came on time, fixed all the problems (even the ones I had not identified) and walked me through how to maintain it as well. All for a very reasonable price. Very polite and punctual which is exactly what you want.

    Excellent service

    I needed somewhat urgent help with a lock that had a broken key stuck in it. Alon was prompt, courteous, and provided high quality locksmith service. I trusted his recommendations and work.

    Garage door opener replacement

    I needed my garage door opener replaced. Was looking around and requested quotes on here. Alon responded quickly to my request. Was very polite and answered all of the questions I had before I even made the decision to hire his services. Came right on time, very prompt, explained everything he was doing and guided me through the operation and the safety features of the new opener installed.
