    Garage door opener replacement

    It was terrific working with them. I put the request for quote out and they were quick to respond and helpful in answering all my questions. Work was done the next day, efficient, tidy, and professional. He even helped adjust the track and wheels on the garage itself. Really appreciate their work and highly recommend!

    Garage door repair

    Alon came the to rescue! My garage door spring-shaft wall mount was becoming "unmounted" from the wall and Alon came next day to repair the issue. He repaired the wall mount, replaced the damaged parts and also made adjustments to ensure the garage door opener was operating smoothly. Thanks for your quick response and quality work, I appreciate it. Highly recommend!

    Same Day Service - Fair Price

    Alon saved me from another HomeStars repair person. I had accepted the offer of the first HomeStar Technician to come on-site and do a diagnostic. When he arrived, he identified that my spring was broken and had been over a barrel. He told me that it could crash down at any moment and ruin the motor, causing further costs. His quote felt very high, but I didn't have a choice, so I agreed. Then I did more research and found ALON. I explained the situation and even after paying the first technicians fee to come on site AND paying Alon, it was cheaper than the predatory quote of the first technician. Thank you Alon for being honest and fair with your pricing.

    Garage Door Opener

    This week I called Smart Care Garage Doors as the opener that we have had for 42 years had died and needed to be replaced. I was told they would send someone that day between 1 and 3. Approximately 1:30 Alon arrived to look at what I needed based on the size of the door. He explained the benefits and cost of each of the motors in that category and all of the safety features. I selected the motor I felt would be the best replacement and he began immediately to install the motor. I was very impressed with Alon and could hear him making adjustments during the installation to get the opener functioning Just Right. I will definitely call this company again - they were perfect!

    Install Garage Door opener

    Alon was nothing short of professional and thorough. I knew my old garage door was on its last legs and while deciding which opener to buy, it finally gave out. Alon was able to come out quickly and instal the new opener, and provided important inexpensive suggestions to help update and maintain the existing door. Never felt rushed or that he was impatient with all my questions. The free gift at the end was a nice gesture. Definitely would recommend Alon.

    Garage Door Repair

    Had a great experience with Alon. He arrived within an hour after we called, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable to replace the spings of both garage doors. Alon also helped fix our bent garage door and sensor while he was here. Would highly recommend.
