    Garage door repair

    Alon was amazing. I submitted a request around 8pm for fixing the broken spring, hoping to get a reply by next morning. Within 2 mins, I received a call from Alon and we scheduled an appointment on next morning. He came on time, inspected not only the spring but also all parts of the door. Then, he suggested what items should be replaced such as the spring, and what were his recommendations to fix and why. All at a reasonable price! In addtion, he tighten all bolts and repaired a broken sensor frame at no cost. All jobs were done professionally. Excellent job!

    Garage door repair

    Alon was amazing. Not only was the price reasonable for the job, he came within an hour, told me what did NOT need replacement (the rubber on the bottom of the garage door which I suggested) and he straightened the door to resolve the seal better, all at a reasonable price. He left his sticker by my opener in the garage. I'm glad he did. I'll call him again, no hesitation.

    Fast response times, fast and quality service, great advice! Alon did a great job repairing broken cords and weatherstripping my garage. Definitely recommend.

    Above and Beyond

    A spring broke on our old one-piece single garage door and our initial attempts to get this fixed with other companies were unsuccessful as they did not service doors that were being "phased out". We then turned to HomeStars and Alon was the first person to respond to our request. From that moment, the experience was exceptional. Alon quoted a very reasonable price for replacement of the spring. Alon arrived punctually and I requested that he also look at a displaced sensor for the garage door opener. Alon proceeded to thoroughly service the garage door system, having replaced BOTH springs and warped brackets, remounted the sensor, aligned the track for the opener, secured the seal, among other things. What I had been expecting to be at least double the price, came in marginally more than the initial quote. Alon is the first person I'm calling the next time my garage door needs service.

    Never alone with Alon!

    Alon from Smart Care Garage Doors was first to answer my request for garage door service and maintained their top-notch spot in all areas to follow. From their prompt and cordial communication, to their timeliness in their arrival at my residence, I really was pleased with the overall performance of this company. The fact that this is a family run business swayed my initial decision as well as the 12+ years of experience in the field. Alon assessed my very old garage door opener from Sears (!) and proceeded to show me the options available for its replacement. He quickly got to work and completed the replacement installation within an hour and a half or so. Alons friendly disposition made conversation easy and the time flew by quickly! To sum up, I never felt abandoned or alone with Alon. I highly recommend him and his company! Thank you HomeStars for the platform to find him!

    Professional, Quick & Efficient Repair - highly recommended

    Alon did a fantastic job! He repaired a double wide garage door that had come off its rails, snapped hinges and rollers, and even warped one of the running rails, all in less than 2 hours! And all at a very reasonable price. I expected to have to replace the entire system, but instead couldn't be happier with their work. I called Smart Care at around 3 pm expecting this job to take days, and instead it was repaired by 6:30 pm same day. Alon even managed to fix the remote opener that two other repair companies weren't able to do! I won't be calling anyone else from now on.

    Excellent Workmanship, Super Professional

    My garage door & frame (in alley) was damaged and not functioning due to being hit by a car. Alon was extremely quick to respond to my work request and not only came by a couple of hours later to look at it but fixed it right away. He's got expertise and is a skilled workman. I also really appreciate that he's straightforward and didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't require. He's honest about what should be done and goes about doing it very efficiently.

    Garage door adjustment and opener install

    Alon was absolutely amazing. He responded to all inquiries promptly and was able to schedule the job within a day. He easily tuned my garage door and opens/closes so smooth and quietly. He also installed a direct drive opener and walked me through all functions and how to program. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.
