I called Tigro as a result of strong reviews on Homestars. Ronal came to do the job and he did excellent work. He is meticulous with great attention to detail. He was very thorough, and he went above and beyond my expectations with some small extras. Highly recommend his work.

We have a leak in our shower and decided to call Tigro Restoration. Ramiro was very helpful & knowleageable on explaining to me what needs to be done to fix the problem. It only took 1 day for the job to be complete. Ronal his colleague came reseal & regrout the shower. Ronal also kept the area clean while doing his job. Ramiro also recommended the Diamond Fusion treatment for the glass doors. I'm so glad no more leak in our shower. Thank you so much Ramiro & Ronal.

Tigro replaced 6 broken tiles in our kitchen floor, replaced 5 damaged tiles on the wall of our shower, cleaned and repaired the grout and caulking in our shower and cleaned the bathroom floor. They worked hard, were curtious, and left the work areas in good shape. We are very pleased with the end result.

Our tiles were still fairly new, but the white grout installed by the builder was becoming discoloured and looking dingy. There are small pinwheel tiles in the main bathroom and shower, and small hexagon tiles in the powder room, which means there were a lot of narrow grout lines to address. Another company refused to do the job, stating that it was impossible to change the grout colour in the way I'd requested. I called TiGro based on the excellent reviews on Homestars. I spoke to Ramiro, the owner, and described the job, texted him some photos of the tile and received his assurance that he could complete the job in one day. He has a busy schedule, but was able to fit in my job within three weeks, which seemed fast to me. On the day of the work, Ramiro arrived at the time he'd said he would and prepared the areas for cleaning and the grout for recolouring. Since I work from home, he was careful to finish the work on the main bathroom before starting work on the powder room to minimize the time that the washroom was unavailable. Ramiro and Ronal worked quickly and carefully, kept the surrounding areas clean, and were polite and personable, checking details with me as needed to make sure they were correct. They ended up applying a coloured epoxy grout over the existing grout to colour and seal it, and it looks perfect. The small tiles are now more visible and the light grey grout doesn't show dirt from foot traffic in the way the white did. They took care to remove the silicone between the walls and the floor and replaced it with clear instead of the white that had been there, which made an unexpected improvement to the appearance of the shower. I wouldn't hesitate to hire TiGro again, or to recommend them to friends. The work was excellent, Ramiro and Ronal were friendly, professional and appropriate, and the cost was fair for the scope of work needed. I'm very happy with the results.

The best advertising in the world is “Word of Mouth”. You can’t buy it…you can’t make it up…it is unique to every situation. When two of the solid, granite slabs and some grout in our 34’.8” x 13’.10’’ Grand Foyer became loose I was told by several “experts” that the only way to fix the problem would be to lift the slabs and redo the whole thing because the cement in the fine seams of the massive staggered granite slabs were too small to fill and would always be loose. The cost to have this done was almost $50,000.00. I was heartbroken. The entrance and grand foyer is the focal point of our house. After researching and reading Tigro Restoration’s testimonials I phoned Ramiro to get his opinion and assessment. I told him what I was told and asked if I had any other option. He told me what he could do…and that was exactly what he did. The job was so outstanding that I asked him if he could make my Master Shower stall and Kitchen ceramic like new. He said he could…and that was exactly what he did. I am thrilled with the job and so happy I found him. When someone pays for a service and thinks the job was good enough to give their written opinion it is the strongest advertising any company can get. This company is everything I hoped to find.

I have waited a while to post this review so I could see how the work fared over time. Ramiro did a complete re-grouting of my fully-tiled bathroom (floor to ceiling). The original grout (which was not that old) had crumbled and dropped out; looked awful. Ramiro and his helper did the work in one day in May 2014, and the grout still looks as good as it did the day it was done. Ramiro also replaced the bathtub skirt for me; now that bathroom looks brand-new. Thank you, Ramiro!

Our beautiful new shower stall was being destroyed because a leak elsewhere in the house had swelled the wood in the threshold, which cracked the grout causing more swelling and cracking from the shower water. I figured I was going to have to rip out the shower and start again, but luckily I found TiGro. Ramiro came with Ronald, who first cleaned the whole bathroom so it looked like new, then ground out and regrouted all the cracked parts with epoxy so the fix will be permanent. To finish up, he replaced all the caulk in the whole bathroom including around the sink (which had cracked also) and applied Diamon-Fusion coating to the shower stall glass. It's like getting a brand-new bathroom for just a few hundred dollars - everything is clean and watertight, and the shower water runs away off the glass within minutes after a shower. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the work done by TiGro!

Ramiro and his team were a pleasure to deal with...We wanted our grout refreshed before we listed our home, and after Ramiro was done, the floors looked brand new, he even repaired some cracked grout and chipped tiles. Highly Recommend his services.
