We have now had Ramiro and his team re-grout and re-caulk three of our bathrooms. The last bathroom which was done 3 years ago is still as good as it was the day when they original did the work. The 2 latest bathrooms are now as good as new. If you have moldy caulking, don’t think bleach will do the job in getting it clean. As was pointed out to us, there is water penetrating through the old caulking and grout. The only way to stop it from forming and coming back is to get the job redone and done right. Ramiro is an anomaly; he knows his business, is honest and does an outstanding job every time. It is worth the investment for it’s not a simple Band-Aid solution that he provides; instead he gets to the root of the cause and prevents the problem from reoccurring. My husband calls our new bathroom shower stalls “bullet proof”. Great job, great experience and we would definitely use him again!

My shower stall looked horrible. The grout was discoloured, the caulking was mouldy, the marble was so etched the colour was completely faded and you couldn't see through the the shower door because of the calcium. The counter and other surrounding areas also needed some caulking work. Ramiro and Ronal did an amazing job. This may sound crazy but the shower stall looks better than when it was first installed. Everything is sparkling including all the fixtures and the glass door. Also they came when they said they would, worked all day until it was completed and left the entire bathroom clean. They are coming again next month to do the second shower stall in my house!

I found Tigro Tile on Homestars and after reading the reviews I called to get an estimate. Ramiro was helpful on my initial phone contact and was able to accommodate my schedule. Ramiro and Ronal both showed up on time and Ronal completed the work that I had requested. My 10 year old washroom had missing grout, yellow caulking and black stains along some of the edges. The work was completed in a day, everything was left clean and my washroom looks like new.

Over 16 years our tile floor has received much wear and tear from large family gatherings, 5 grandchildren and one very heavy wheelchair. The tiles were still in good shape but looked very tired. Ramiro promised he would make them look like new and he did! It seemed quite expensive but it was a large area, Ramiro and his partner worked diligently for over 5 hours cleaning, repairing grout and sealing. The result was worth every penny, certainly cheaper than replacing the floor!

This company is excellent- responsible, reliable and totally professional! My 25 year old washroom had missing, yellowed and cracked grout. Ramiro and his colleague did a fantastic job regrouting our shower tiles and caulking or tub. He's a perfectionist and goes beyond the required to truly do an awesome job. I highly recommend his services.

On my first call to Ramiro he detailed the procedure to me on the phone and since his reviews here on Homestars were so excellent I went ahead and booked about a month in advance. We hired him to clean the grout and reseal it in my two entry ways/powder room and kitchen. He was extremely professional and took care to protect my property while doing so. He completely transformed the tiles (even repairing one to the best of his ability since we didn't have a replacement tile, it looks amazing). Not only did he restore the look of my tiles, he gave some great tips to maintain the beauty that he had restored. I have nothing but good things to say about Ramiro and staff, they are incredible. We hired the service around a year ago. The grout has been restored (from dirty, greasy black to its original, real colour) and sealed for protection. It still holds clean. I keep on recommending Tigro services to each house I visit, for every time I see dirty grout. Having a clean grout has a huge, positive visual impact on the overall floor appearance, more than what I would have expected.

I read many reviews of this company, did my research, and got a few quotes from competitors. Through that process I decided that this was the right guy to fix my bathroom tiles, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The white granite tiles around the tub were mouldy and had large black etched stains, the grout between the tiles was old and cracked, and the caulking around the tub was very mouldy and loose. Ramiro's competitors who had quoted on the job had warned me not to expect much - that it would be almost impossible to get the black stains and etch marks out of the tiles under the water spigot and that replacing the grout would seriously damage the tiles - they recommended another technique that is basically painting over the old dirty grout. I had pretty much given up hope, and so this was a last ditch effort before replacing the tub and glass enclosure. When Ramiro arrived, I suggested that this job would be a tough challenge project, and he laughed good-naturedly saying it would be done in a day. Well, he was right - and he did more than I asked for. Both Ramiro and his assistant have an amazing eye for detail that you don't see every day. They insisted on doing the work properly, and did more than I asked, including cleaning up some annoying water stains around the vanity faucet, caulking around the vanity, fixing the tiles on the floor outside the tub, concerns that I never talked about or voiced my concern about. Does it look good now. They basically completely renovated my bathroom tiles, bathroom floor, and vanity top all in one day, making everything look brand new. Both Ramiro and his assistant were very hard working and completely trustworthy. They kept at the job until it was done (they got here at 9:30 am and left a 9:00 pm!) There were no complaints about a long day, or excuses - just a polite get it done attitude that gets amazing results. Bottom line - this guy takes pride in his work, really really likes his work, and will see the toughest job through to the end. I am already planning to have him back to fix my kitchen floor, and have recommended him to my neighbour to fix hit bathroom tiles. I feel that I got excellent value, in fact more than I paid for - a brand new bathroom - at a fraction of the cost of replacing the tub, tiles and enclosure. I could not be happier.
