    Shower silicone replacement

    This is the second time I have hired Tigro Restoration. Ramiro and his crew provide great service. Both showers were in need of silicone replacement. They both look brand new now that the job is complete.

    Shower grouting

    I found some mold outside the shower in the basement and detected dampness behind the tile using a humidity checker. I consulted a professional plumber to determine if there was any drain issue. While there was no drain problem, I learned that the grout and silicone caulk were old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Tigro, who completed the job over three days using epoxy grout. Their work was excellent, and now my shower looks brand new. I appreciate Tigro Tile for their quick response and excellent workmanship.

    Tile and Grout deep Cleaning (bathroom and kitchen)

    Ramiro completely regrouted the tile in the bathroom, kitchen and front entry when we bought the house in 2017, a job which has stood the test of time as promised. Fast forward to 2024 and everything was in need of a deep clean with the years of high-traffic the shower needed some silicone removal, cleaning and repair as well. Very satisfied with the result, the advice, and communication. Will certainly be my first stop for future work.

    Shower Re-Grout

    I had Ramiro re-grout our shower area and we were pleased with his service and end product. Although, his subordinate Andre initially worked on the grout but his work wasnt satisfactory. We raised this with Ramiro and he visited a week later to inspect, strip and re-grout again which was finally satisfactory.

    Replace or Repair Grout
    Promptly replied to request for services and all subsequent messages. Provided a detailed quote, including process, timing, cost. Were really nice guys, efficient and barely noticeable in my home. Did a great job. Very happy with the professionalism of the people and quality of work.

    Fix cracks in Mexican tile floor

    Excellent, professional service. Easy to work with, good communication, kept original quote price. Great job, our tiles had cracked and looked awful, even the tile installer couldn't fix them! But this team did. Thank you! Highly recommend!

    Hallway and Kitchen Floor Tiles Cleaning

    I hired Remiro to clean and seal my hallway and kitchen floor tiles. He did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the final result. I highly recommend him for others who are looking for someone to do an excellent job cleaning their tiles and for someone who makes sure that the customer receives full satisfaction with his service.

    Shower Restoration - Great Work

    We had an amazing experience with Tigro. They came in to clean, repair grout and reseal our shower. Ramiro was a pleasure to deal with. The team arrived on time and finished on time. The final cost was the same as the quote. They did an excellent job - the shower looks brand new again. And they left no mess behind - the bathroom was spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending Tigro.
