We just moved into a new house and the tile grout was in rough shape. My Tiles and Grout are now Sparkling Clean and like Brand New. They were respectful, explained the cleaning process and did an amazing job! I'm a very happy customer.

Fantastic service. Ramiro and Ronald are truly professionals. They completely removed all of the old grout, and went well out of their way to ensure that there was minimal dust. All of the dust was vacuumed directly outside with virtually no mess made in the house. They applied a high quality non-stain grout and then meticulously cleaned every square inch of floor. They took their time and did the job right. The finished product looks amazing and we could not be any happier. I highly recommend these guys.

Had our bathroom shower and tile floor redone today - given mold and black discoloration. Fantastic work - not only the result, but clean, professional and courteous. Also with helpful advice on how to maintain. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Ramiro's work is FANTASTIC. Shower stall and bathtub grout and tiles look brand new. Ramiro was reliable, his work was very neat and efficient, and the result is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend him unreservedly. Happy I found him!

I had my kitchen, hallways and main floor bath regrouted and polished. The grout was cracked and discoloured. Ramiro and Ron did a phenomenal job. There was no mess because they use a vacuum as they are removing the old grout that stays on for the duration of the removal. They also sealed off entry ways with plastic sheeting to keep any dust contained. What a beautiful job. Better than when new. Used top grade grout. I had used Ramiro before for other jobs and he always does excellent work with no mess. He lives up his ratings.

We are so pleased with the results and transformation of our floors. Ramiro regrouted our 18 year old kitchen, foyer and powder room tiles and now they look new again.

I recently renovated my kitchen only to find out (after damaging it) that the marble floor was unsealed (scratches and acid marks from tomato juice). I thought it was ruined forever. I contemplated sealing it myself when I realized it was more than I could handle. Rather than ruin it some more, I called a professional. I found Ramiro of TiGro on Homestars and based on his great reviews I decided to give him a call. He lived up to his excellent reviews--and more! Ramiro came out the same day to see the floor and said he could fix it and restore it. He came out 2-1/2 weeks later. I'm happy to report that it turned out so much better than I had anticipated--it's even better than the original! I would not hesitate to recommend Ramiro and his team. Well worth the money.

We found Ramiro through the reviews in Homestars which is why I wanted to take the time to write this review. Ramiro was punctual and the quote he gave us along with the detailed description of what he was going to do, and how long it would take was spot on. He gave our ensuite a great refresh by regrouting the shower stall and cleaning the tile floors not only in that bathroom, but in the others as well. He basically breathed new life into the ensuite and left it spotless after he was finished along with the other areas he was working on. Ramiro was personable, friendly and wanted to ensure we were happy with the end result...which we were. Great value for the money!
