This shower stall had several years of mold that had overtime become impossible to clean. I had tried re-calking myself but the mold came back within a year. I am very happy to report that the work that TIGRO did almost 3 years ago has not had any mold since the job was completed. The shower stall looks as good today as the day the work was originally done. I could not be happier with the company or the service I received. Prompt and very courteous.

Romero and his colleague did an outstanding job of my powder room. The tiling job wasn't easy because I had an inset mirror making it crucial that the tiles were perfectly straight. As well, the type of tiles I chose were difficult to work but the end result was great. I couldn't have all the tiling done at once (due to the complexity of the job). I needed Romero to come back twice on to finish his work after the cabinet was installed and also after the mirror was installed. He did this without charge and AFTER being paid. Unheard of!

I would absolutely recommend Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration. Ramero and his wife cleaned the tiles in my Kitchen, Hallway and Powder Room and restored the 15 year old grout to brand new. Ramero also repaired a few small chips in my kitchen ceramic and now they virtually blend right into the existing tile. My floor looks fabulous. We are very pleased with the results, my floor looks amazing.

Romero is dedicated to customer satisfaction and the work performed by him and his employees reflect this. My travertine tile and grout needed deep cleaning. The tiny holes had accumulated dirt that was hard to come out as well and the grout also needed deep cleaning. When Romero arrived, he assured me that he could restore the floor to brand new, which is exactly what him and his employee Ronald did. He also informed me that he knew exactly what to do with the edge of my floor which once had a wall there but had never been completed. This was after various hired help including handymen stated they did not know how to finish the job. There was also other tile repair needed. Romero and Ronald not only did a perfect job restoring my tile and grout but completed all outstanding tile repair and work. All work was perfect and I was glad to have the unfinished work finally completed properly. The work was completed on time and the final charge was as quoted. I highly recommend Tigro Restoration and would hire them again.

Romero and his spouse brought a natural stone shower back from the dead! This shower had an incredible amount of soap scum and the floor, walls and glass panels badly needed a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job cleaning the smaller floor tiles and the larger wall tiles, scrubbed the grout and made the glass look brand new. They also re-caulked and cleaned the bathroom floor. They were punctual, worked hard all day and did a totally amazing job! Highly recommended!

Romero did an incredible job restoring the bathrooms and kitchen in our condo. he did as he promised and refreshed them so well that they look brand new. as well he grouted and repaired several chipped tiles. Romero worked so diligently and would not leave until he was 100 % satisfied with his work . we could never have imagined that a 25 year old condo could look so clean and new. the money was well spent and in my opinion he saved me from having to redo both bathrooms. what a fantastic job romero has done again . I will highly recommend tigro and romero to anyone who wants to refresh an old bathroom, kitchen or tiles . his work is incomparable.

Ramiro is a lovely man who is a pleasure to have in your home. I booked the appointment weeks in advance, yet reliably he showed up right on time. He is honourable and trustworthy- and he takes pride in the quality of his work. My kitchen floor looks brand new! Outstanding job. Highly recommended.

Cleaned and sealed a tumbled marble powder room floor. Looks brand new. And fixed and polished a marble foyer that wasn't done well previously.The floor looks amazing now. They were punctual and trustworthy

Ramiro and his partner showed up on time and explained fully what the process of restoring my floor would take. They were both courteous and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner and Ramiro did not leave until I had looked over the area and made sure I was completely happy. Great job Ramiro !!!!!

Such fantastic service and the workmanship is excellent. Ramiro and Ronald are such hard workers and very friendly. They explained every step they were doing and they didn't take any shortcuts - they worked until late to ensure the job was done perfectly. They completely removed all of the old grout in our 18-y/o shower and went to great lengths to ensure that there was minimal dust. All of the dust was vacuumed directly outside and they laid tarps from the front door to the shower. They left absolutely no mess!!!! They applied a high quality non-stain grout and then meticulously cleaned every square inch of floor. They took their time and did the job right. You should see how amazing our shower looks now and we are so happy that we're having them back to do our tile floor that runs from the front door through to the kitchen. Call Ramiro and Ronald - you will be so happy with the work they do.
