Grout on main floor showed signs of wear and tear. Dirt, grime and just a dark brown colour. Ramiro was on time and professional. Grout looks brand new and amazingly clean. He and his wife worked tirelessly on stubborn areas and fixed numerous chips on the ceramic tiles. Highly recommended!

I had the terracotta tiles in the basement rec room restored.The floor was over 20 yrs old with many wear marks, chips and water stains. It was very very old looking. Now it looks almost brand new. Ramiro arrived on time, was very professional and thorough, I woud highly recommend him to anyone.

Ramiro and his wife did an excellent job restoring my damaged grout and marble tiles, as well as restoring the entire shower. They were impeccably clean and detailed in their work. My bathroom looks fantastic - prices are very fair for this level of workmanship. I appreciated Ramiro's expertise and he offered helpful advice to maintain our bathroom in its present state. I have a townhouse that has been rented to students for 5 years and the showers were very dirty. We tried cleaning them with several different types of cleaners and were afraid we were going to have to re-tile/re-grout both showers. Ramiro cleaned both bathrooms in one day and they look brand new. On his own initiative, Ramiro also did the floors, cleaned the drain/trap in the shower and touched up a chip in the bathtub. He was prompt, courteous and professional and we are so glad we found him on the internet.
