Ramiro was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. We had problems with our grout breaking and he knew what was required and fixed it. Our tiles look great after cleaning and regrouting. Also, I was impressed how clean the work site was left after the work was completed. I highly recommend Tigro Restoration Inc.

There are not enough words we can say about Ramiro. We purchased an older home with tiles that had not been cleaned for many years. Ramiro arrived at our home promptly and ready to get the job done. Ramiro did such a great job. The company I hired before made a mess of the seal and it was spotty and worn after a month. Ramiro was amazing and fixed their bad work, going above and beyond what I expected. The tiles are gleaming and sparkle now. I was very pleased with TIGRO TILE & GROUT RESTORATION. I bought the 10 years old condo and tiles of the kitchen floor had old grease stuck to the grout, and I couldn't completly clean tiles of the the hi-traffic area. I was in the search of a contractor to get all the tiles replaced, but my budjet was tight. Friend of mine recomended "Tigro" and sure enough it was a great solution. Ramiro was very efficient and accomodating,- condo have a restriction on the time when can be done any work in the units, plus my work schedule. It all turned out to be a great solution and pleasant experience!

We had Ramiro in to look at the tile shower in our master bath. It is 16 years old, and had some tiles coming up, and I had tried to silicone them down. It was a terrible mess. Ramiro was easy to work with, communicated very well, showed up on time, and worked exactly to the specified and agreed to budget. In one day he was able to solve all the issues in the shower. I am not going over the top to suggest it absolutely looks brand new. It is cleaner than I have ever seen it, all the loose tiles were properly reattached and the entire floor of the shower was regrouted. All silicone in and around the shower was redone. 100% professional work, and a delight to deal with. The highest recommendation I can give, is that I will use Tigro again this year for some more tile work that we will have done.

Ramiro from Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration was an wonderful answer to a very long and frustrating search. He was able to remove some ingrained stains on my non-sealed kitchen porcelain tiles, which were only 3 years old, and restored the stained grout from an uneven beige to a uniformly light biscuit colour. He provided excellent service, and post-cleaning maintenance suggestions. He delivered what he promised and was fairly priced. My kitchen floor looks beautiful - in fact better than it did the day it was installed. My hallway 20 year old ceramic tile was repaired in spots and the tile grout was restored to its original light grey colour. I am very satisfied with the results of both projects.

we had Ramiro to come and do the grout cleaning in both of our showers , kitchen floor and hall way floor. He was very professional and courteous. We weer worried about using the acid fro the floors as we have a baby and a toddler so Ramiro used a different product fro the floors, however they did not come as clean as we hoped for, so Ramiro came back the next day and redid the floors with the acid at no extra cost. We were really happy with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Ramiro is very polite, thorough and takes pride in what hi does.
