Estimate was competitive with competing companies. Ramiro's skillset seemed superior to the competition. It certainly appeared that the shower in question required some repair to the grouting as I was experiencing water leakage on the floor outside the shower stall area. The competition did not appear as equipped to rectify the problem and, in fact, one company suggested power washing and then replacing any defective grouting that appeared. Ramiro actually removed the grout in question, replaced it and then sealed all grouting-meticulously. Once the job was started it became evident the floor tiles required replacing. Ramiro was equipped to actually install the replacement tiles and in fact accompanied me to select appropriate replacement tiles. Most satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Ramiro made my two bathrooms look like new - I was so pleased, he also cleaned the backsplash in my kitchen - looks fantastic. He was professional and very pleasant to deal with. THANKS AND GREAT JOB RAMIRO!!!

Ramiro is a very hard worker. Came in and made every effort to not affect my day, made sure all the work spaces & around we're kept clean & protected. He was at my house for 7-8 hours and I don't think even stopped to eat. Shower looks great & I no longer fear that it's not waterproof.

For the past two years I have been searching the internet to find some product that would clean the grout in my ceramic tiles. I tried several products and was never happy with any of them. Some "somewhat" worked for a short time, but I was never satisfied. I decided to use "Tigro Tile and Grout Restoration " out of sheer desperation. Ramiro did an amazing job! He was professional, punctual, delivered what he promised and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. I have recommended this highly reputable company to friends and family and am already planning to call this company again to help with a bathroom restoration .

Removed sealer that was installed by previous owner. The tile was looking so bad I thought I had to replace it. Ramiro cleaned the tile and fixed the grout installed new sealer on the grout. The tile looks brand NEW!!!! Great work, would recommend to anyone!!!

Ramiro made our 15-year-old bathroom look like new! Not only did he clean and regrout the tiles, he also removed the mould and resiliconed the seal around the sink. Thanks to Ramiro, we don't have to replace our window - he got rid of the mould around the frame. He also repaired the nicks in the bathtub without being asked and at no extra cost. We couldn't be happier with the thorough, meticulous, and friendly service that Ramiro provided.

Had my basement floor tiles cleaned and sealed and also had the kitchen backsplash regrouted. Ramiro did an excellent job. He was very patient and took his time to complete the job. No hurry or short cuts taken. If I had any questions he willing took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Ramino is an absolute gem. Not only did I honestly not recognize my bath tub, but he also worked wonders on an inexplicably disgusting kitchen floor. Its grout needed to be restained and now it looks practically new!
