I can't say enough about George. He shared that they usually handle larger jobs (renos) but that he appreciated my situation and provided me a quote. We had an issue with a kitchen faucet becoming unstable due to a faulty installation by someone. Water damaged under the counter space under the faucet plate. Admittedly, I procrastinated to have it looked at, but I thought it would be fine. I had a couple of people quote me, but George is the only one who THOROUGHLY examined the issue and provided his honest and unfiltered, LOL, opinion and professional discernment. I opted for quick fix which he said he could do that would still solve the issue. The day of the job, it took longer than expected because of the type of faucet I had in place. I would suggest if you are going to buy a new faucet, as a professional which one to buy! He spend considerable time making sure it was done perfectly. I appreciated his conversation and work. Edward was extremely responsive and friendly. He arrived within the window he said he would, explained the issue and fixed it on the spot. All in all, took perhaps 20 mins and I had my oven back! I need to make a small adjustment to the counter top so that the new stove can fit in. Ivan arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently. He also make some other small adjustment so that the stove can fit in better. There was almost no dust in the area afterward, and still he was very apologetic about the dust! Vlad was very responsive to my request for dishwasher and bathroom exhaust fan installation and was able to come the very next day. He did an extremely clean and thorough job on both. Also his pricing is very reasonable compared to others. He was also kind enough to take the old dishwasher away without any extra charges. I highly highly recommend him.
