Dealing with Ben was a pleasure. He is always has time to discuss and recommend material and process to maximize the value of your investment. His prices were fair, and unlike many of his competitors he answers his phone when I needed to speak with him. There were many changes that I made throughout the project and he gave me good prices on those changes. I relied on his expertise to give me advice on how to create the "Look" I was going for and he was able to source high-end, but cost effective materials to complete the project. Looking at the final result, I received a Craftsman level of build quality at Professional level prices. Ben would inspect wood, and if not excellent quality, would send back to be replaced with quality up to his standards. He was able to do this without impacting project timelines. I would highly recommend working with March Homes if you want to deal with an Honest Contractor, who is going to do what they say at a reasonable cost. I have already recommended him to many of my friends and neighbours. I would recommend them to you too. Im so glad i havent had to carry any wood over the last few weeks thanks to my new heat pump i had installed by Prestige Home Improvement. I can stay in this house much longer now that i dont have to rely solely on wood for heat. My bedroom and bathroom are now nice and warm. Liam was great and gave me a ton of helpful information, and walked me through the whole process. The Install was very efficent, and they were able to install ASAP for me. Anyone who is thinking of upgrading their home, i would highly recommend speaking to someone at Prestige first. Im sure that the value of my home has greatly increased due to upgrades i have done.

I would recommend Kanata Renovations. Although the project dragged out longer than anticipated their work was acceptable but I think given the fact I provided most of the finish materials (other than Mortar,grout, electrical wiring) the pricing could have been better.
