We had two pergolas installed by this company in November 2020. While the installation itself went smoothly, our experience since then has been disappointing. Within four years, parts of two transparent UV-filter roof panels have broken and fallen off. We contacted the company in late 2024, but their responsiveness has been very poor. After multiple follow-ups, they quoted us C$800–1,000 for repairs—without inspecting the damage first. It's still unclear whether this quote covers just the broken sections or a full roof replacement. What’s especially frustrating is that we weren’t given any roofing material options at the time of installation. We later discovered that stronger, thicker polycarbonate sheets are widely available and commonly used. Had we been informed, we would have gladly paid more for better durability. Several friends' similar pergolas are going strong(10+ years) with sturdier sheets used. We expected more transparency and better service from a professional installer.

Hired these guys last year to install a pot filler faucet and get a quote on a frost free hose bib, and toilet install. Steve installed the pot filler but I discovered it was leaking after he had been paid and left. Tried for months to have him come back to complete the other tasks and fix the pot filler. First he didn’t respond for many weeks, eventually replying that he was on holiday and would come in shortly to complete the tasks. I also developed a leak in a different pipe then and requested him if he could fix that and he specified the day he would come in. However, he did not show up and did not communicate why. Eventually just went with a larger, reputable company. Not worth the headaches. The appointment was made through an actual person; the job was checked out and an estimate prepared; a date for the work was set; the work was done in less than two hours; old fixtures were removed. A minor issue was reported and later looked after. Additionally the workers looked at the possibility of changing a shower head in the basement; they pointed out a couple of things I would not have thought of, and it is a job I may proceed with. I employed Zach and Christian for replacing a badly scratched bathtub in my common washroom with a standing shower. The guys were very flexible in meeting our needs and adapting to the constraints of a seemingly standard but weirdly custom structure. I wanted an old bathtub removed in the upstairs bathroom and have it replaced with a new tiled walk in shower with glass sliding doors. Ali and his crew did a great job and cleaned up every day after work. The job came in on time and on budget. I am very happy with the new shower and tiles and glass doors. I have included some before and after photos of this project to show the substantial changes to my bathroom.
