We would like to thank Solutions Electrical for their expertise and professionalism throughout this process. What started as a burnt out light turned into a full house rewire project to get rid of the aluminum and, unknown to us, several examples of unsafe wiring. The team got to work right away and were able to complete the entire job well within budget and with minimal disruptions. The workmanship was excellent and now we can sleep knowing that our house is safe. A big thanks to Joe who proved to be courteous, professional and took the time to answer any questions we had. What a great company! We had a break in the line connecting the house with the garage. As we used Solutions Electrical before and were very happy with the work done, we called them. Everybody, Sue, Nadia, Tony and the rest of the crew were very professional. We also appreciated getting a call the day before. Joe and Dave came on time and did an amazing job. They had to dig a trench in order to bury the line, which was back breaking job since we have clay in the back yard. Also had to install a second circuit, since the builder put all lines on one breaker. The work was done very fast and the place was left spotless. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the work done. These days is very hard to find a company offering such a high level of professionalism. We will definitely recommend Solutions Electrical to our friends and call them if needed in the future. Jadzia

After "general contractor" horrors last week, I needed the real professionals this week to fix everything all over again before we could list our home for sale. Tony must have felt sorry for me - within 18 hours, three fixtures were checked and corrected and three others were installed. And CLEAN! We'd already had the place professionally cleaned - and we were worried - but out came a broom and dustpan to catch the small amount of ceiling popcorn debris that had fallen. I couldn't possibly recommend them more highly. We've found our electricians and we're sticking to them! (I hate to give 10/10 because it sounds suspicious but if you'd had a week like I did last week, you'd be giving them a 15!)

Our project was handled incredibly well from the original contact who provided the quote to the accounts payable person. All were friendly and quick to answer my questions. A call the day before was also appreciated. When the electricians arrived, they discovered issues not forseen. As they explained the extent of the additional work to be done; everything from fixing structural and fire hazards to potential delays with Ontario Hydro, I became very worried. Dave and Joe explained that this was well within their capabilities and when done, the work was impeccable. I thought some of the changes they needed to make at the house would be 'ugly' but the work was completed with my concerns covered. It looks great. They were very thorough and very professional throughout the day they were at the house. Despite the extra work that they had to do, my invoice did not change one dime from the quote ! Our air conditioner was not working and we needed an electrician. We contacted Solutions Electrical because of it high ratings on Home Stars. A technician arrived we had agreed. The problem was diagnosed and was dealt with quickly. Fast, prompt and courteous service... can you ask for more?

After 36 years in our home a number of small electrical jobs had piled up and we also anticipated some major renovations. Tony came out to review our situation and suggested how we could approach the current items while preparing for the pending projects. Pricing was good, permits were obtained quickly and the job was scheduled as soon as it fit our needs. Joe and Mario arrived on time and worked professionally and personably. A small additional job we had added on at the last minute was completed for no additional charge. We will be using Solutions again for future projects.
