Solutions Electrical came to my recently purchased home to inspect an aluminum wiring circuit that was noted in an inspection report. Not only did Joe remove the aluminum wiring to satisfy my insurance company, but he also fixed the wiring in a light fixture that was a complete mess and installed some fillers in the panel. I would not hesitate to hire Solutions Electrical again in the future...they clearly know their stuff and are class acts while doing the work!

We recently chose Solutions Electrical for several small electrical jobs that needed doing in the house, and we discovered what an excellent firm they are. When I called them, the receptionist was friendly and very thorough in determining exactly what it was I wanted to be done. Within only a few days, the technician came to the house; he was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The jobs were completed in a timely manner and to my absolute satisfaction. Shortly after he left, I received a personal visit from Frank who stopped by to check that the work had been done to my satisfaction. What customer service! My experience with Solutions Electrical, from start to finish, was an outstanding one and I would highly recommend them; I will certainly use them for any future electrical work that we need doing. This is a firm with integrity!

Was in the process of removing a partition wall between kitchen and family room that had two plugs and two switches that needed to be removed and relolcated. I called Solutions Electrical and Tony came out to take a look and quote the job. Very professional in how he explained what had to be done and time line as I had other contractors there at various stages of the project. At the initial meeting, Tony noticed that I had possibly overloaded a breaker as a previous potlight company put in 10 lights on one breaker with other pre existing plugs and switches. When the job began, Joe and Sam came out to remove the wiring so the partition could be removed. A week later, I had Dave and Sam come back to rewire what had to after the wall was removed. Then Dave came back a week later after the drywall was done to reconnect the switches. They went out of their way to make sure nothing was over loaded from previous owners and everything was how it should be. Very professional, clean and organised and knowledgeable in explaining to me what was done and what needed to be done. Also I asked them to replace my old smoke detectors and they did with smoke and CO2 detectors. Went above and beyond. Love these guys... Thanks Frank, Tony, Dave, Sam and Joe from Solutions.

I called Solutions Electrical because I had some pot lights in the kitchen that would not work despite changing the bulbs. The electrician came and was very professional, he quickly identified and explained the problem and how to avoid in the future. Once he fixed the wiring and replaced the bulbs he had some time so we walked through the house and he was able to fix a few of our other minor issues (tripped lines we couldn't figure out how to fix). In the basement he noticed a few safety issues with work the previous homeowner had done. He capped an exposed outlet in an unfinished area so our young children wouldn't get injured if they stuck their fingers in. That kind of knowledge and customer service deserves a ten!!

We had a problem with a short in one of the new outlets we installed in the kitchen. When we plugged anything in it blew the breakers. We contacted Solutions Electric at 9:39am and Joe arrived at 3:30pm and quickly found and corrected the problem while taking the time to also check the Breaker Panel to make sure it was ok. We found Joe to be very courteous and pleasant to talk to as well as very knowledgeable. The job was done in the timeframe and price range we were quoted. I have already asked for a quote for additional work we need done. Great service and a fantastic rep. Helen and Terry.

A major renovation 8 years ago left us with a few electrical annoyances that we were finally ready to address. From our initial meeting with Tony to Joe and Mario who arrived on time on the scheduled date, every issue that needed to be addressed was handled perfectly. They saw what needed to be done, understood the end result we were looking for and found solutions to all our issues. They were pleasant, professional and easily worked around and with another trade who was also engaged at the same time to add a few new kitchen cabinets. The end result has changed how I view my kitchen. It's now better lit and the new interior lights in the glass cabinets are the best. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, whatever size of electrical job you have. Thank you Tony, Mario, Joe and Frank (and their pleasant office staff) for providing us with excellent service and for a job that we can trust has been done right.

Hats off to Joe and Joel from Solutions Electrical for the work they did in my home. From replacing the electrical panel, installing and running wire for ceiling lights where there where none before, to fixing minor electrical problems that they came across. I have used Frank and his team at Solutions in the past and will continue to use them in the future. These guys make sure everything is done right and to code for sure. Thanks guys!

It's always gratifying when a plan comes together. The rapid responses to my holiday season query foretold of the experience to come. From the moment of their arrival, Dave & Sam exemplified competence, professionalism and efficiency. I am now confident that all the electrical workings in my condo are safe and my new chandelier looks spectacular - thanks guys! I will definitely call on Solutions for any future needs.

Solutions Electric and Frank Cozzolino are first class. I have called them for both major electrical upgrades to my home in the past and a much smaller job more recently replacing plug outlets. We contacted Solutions Electrical when two kitchen outlets suddenly stopped working, and we needed an electrician to diagnose and correct the condition. I emailed three highly rated companies on HomeStars, fully aware that we may have some problems getting someone to show up for such a small job. Frank, from Solutions, replied to my email within an hour, stating that he would contact us shortly. True to his word, he did just that, explained the possible issues, their availability, and the associated costs. An appointment was made for two days later, and they arrived on time. Joe quickly corrected the problems with the two outlets and explained what the issue had been. Since this was what we had contacted them for, we expected this to be the end of the service call. Instead, Joe also corrected a small cosmetic issue with another outlet in the room, and then proceeded to inspect the electrical panel in the basement. Almost every screw which held the breakers in place were significantly loosened, so he corrected that. He also noticed that the breakers that were installed for the central air-conditioning unit (~20 years ago) were not correct for that panel, and swapped them out for us. All of this additional work was performed for the minimum service charge. That's what you call going above and beyond! It's easy to see why this company gets the reviews that it does. From the initial email to the actual repairs, it was an A1 experience. It's nice to see tradespeople who combine both integrity and knowledge. Great experience. P.S.
