    Repair to my main breaker on the electrical pannel

    Great guys to deal with! They were fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. You might be able to find it slightly cheaper elsewhere, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Well worth the money in my case and for the safety and peace of mind. Highly recommend these guys for work at your home or your business. They were in and out in less than 24hrs fixing a problem caused by poor installation from the builder. Glad they were there to help me through this fix and make sure my home is safe for my family.

    The Ring Door bell and outdoor floodlight

    This is my first review on Home Stars, the reason being that the services I received from Frank and Carmine was so exceptional, I felt compelled to share my story. It all started when my Ring Door Bell lost power; I began tinkering with the electrical wire to the door bell and ended up cutting off some copper wire by accident. Without proper tools, I thought it's time to call in the professionals. They arrived on the same day I called. They were able to diagnose the problem right away. They were honest about how long it would it take, and went about fixing it efficiently, all the while explaining to me what they were doing, teaching me how to trouble-shoot in the future. When they fixed the wiring they also went above and beyond by reinstalling the Ring for me so it'll be easier to access the reset button in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend Solutions Electrical to my friends and family, and if ever I ran into an electrical issue again I would call them back.

    Installation of chandelier and dimmers in condo.

    I found Solutions Electrical on HomeStar. and contacted Tony for an estimate. After calling several other companies decided to give business to the Solution Electrical. Frank and Carmen came on time. They are very knowledgeable, professional trustworthy and fast! I will call them again if I need an electrition in the future. I do strongly recommend this company!!!     Panel upgrade to breakers and moved the meter outside

    I had the pleasure of hiring Frank and his team to change my breaker box. They were efficient arriving on time, covering the floor with a drop cloth and total clean up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who needs some electrical work done. Included some before and afterward pictures Thank you Solutions Electrical

    Panel Upgrade and EVSE Installation

    Solutions Electrical recently upgraded my panel from 100A to 200A, and ran a 50A circuit to my garage for an EVSE charger. The communication in preparation for the work, and during installation was excellent. Dave did a nice job with the panel upgrade and surge protector installation. Although Frank and Carmine encountered a few issues running the circuit out to the garage, they discussed options with me and the end product was excellent. I would recommend Solutions Electrical, and will use them for future electrical work, as they clearly state what they are going to do, when they will be there, and how much it will cost and then do so. This was very much appreciated.

    Electrician work

    I am very happy that I called Solutions Electrical to complete my electrical work. The owner Frank was very helpful when planning and implementing my electrical needs. He Is flexible with time and very knowledgable. It was really a great pleasure and a stress relief during renovations. I would definitely call him back for future work. Thanks again Frank for the amazing work.

    possible rewire

    Can't say enough good stuff about the job.I'm extremely impressed with the level of service and information i was given over the phone. I was in desperate need due to breakers popping on daily basis (which turned out to be loose wiring in breaker box) Repair/replace faulty electrical outlet in bathroom connected to fan. Repair/replace fluorescent light fixture in basement and installed kitchen fan. i very much appreciated that he gave me options, was told job would be completed in 4 days they did it in 2 1/2 days and my biggest surprise was they discounted the labor on my final bill in all my years as a home owner I have never ever had someone quote me a job and bill me less than quoted If this is your game, I am now your customer for life I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat!! They showed up on time, super clean took the time to pick up any stray screws, and cleaned up after themselves Extremely well done!!! Would I recommend Solutions Electrical? Absolutely!

    Replace exterior outlet and check panel

    Exterior outlet wasn't working and I thought it needed replacing. It was discovered that the outlet in garage had tripped so just needed resetting. I had no idea that the garage outlet was connected to the one in the patio. I instructed the electrician to replace the exterior outlet anyway. Additionally he checked out the panel to see if work done by another electrician was correct. All of this was done in an efficient and friendly manner. Going forward, I will only use Solutions as I can depend on them to do the best job.

    Test and Troubleshoot

    Lights in 3 rooms went out and when I flipped the breaker, there were sparks. I called Solutions as I already had scheduled a service with them and had been happy with their service before. Dave was at my house the same day to check safety and suggested that rather than spend a whole day on one circuit we should book their flat rate, 2-person "test and troubleshoot" to catch any other problems. Dave, and the work he has done for us in the past, is the only reason why this review has a 2. T&T day arrives and I have a list of all the electrical units in the house to make it easy for them to catch it all. The 2nd person was clearly an apprentice and Dave had to break from his work to answer questions about what was in the truck, or instruct him to take off his boots before walking on my carpet. Part of the service is replacing all the outlets and switches, which was great, but my toddler has been finding wire casings and copper bits every day since they left. When all was said and done, after going 1.5hrs over time at $155/hr), Dave showed me the breaker box map they had on the laptop and broke the news that I would need to rewire the main floor. He did not label the breaker box because it would all have to change anyway, but insisted I would get a full report within a few days. The next day, I received an estimate for $12600 to rewire the entire main floor. When I emailed to ask questions, I did not get a reply. It is now 12 business days later, and I do not have a report (or anything besides $100 worth of hardware). I had to come up with a band aid solution to get lights back in those 3 rooms in the meantime. Accounting has been forwarding my emails to sales, and sales didn't reply for a week, called and left a message with my spouse, and then gave me excuses as to why I didn't get the report on time. When I spoke to sales on Monday I was promised the report of their T&T findings along with a map so that I can label my breaker box until we can get the rewiring done "by Wednesday" or "by the end of the week definitely". It is end of day Wednesday as I write this...
