This is the first time I have used Solutions Electrical services. They gave me an estimated cost - hourly rate. I have never seen fixtures installed so quickly and efficiently. All 6 fixture were installed within 3.5 hours, and Joe left a tidy work area. I would not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend them to anyone. A big thanks to Mike Holmes for featuring Solution's Frank and Joe on his various home improvement shows. That made it easy to trust this company to do a great job.

Based on Homestars ratings I asked Solutions to replace all aluminum wiring receptacles and light switches on the second floor as many were old and beginning to fail. They will be returning to do all on the first floor and also check all light fixtures so that our house is certified for safety. This affects house insurance and certification will allow us to go elsewhere for insurance. Solutions was WONDERFUL from our first contact thru to completion of the first phase (cost ~$300). Joe was responsive, fast, informative, knowledgeable--no nonsense, get the job done and get the job done right. Jerome as the customer care person was terrific. My first conversation with Tony was identical to what they actually did. We will continue with the remainder of the house in the fall.

from start to finish, solutions showed us how it should always be when dealing with contractors. we're very happy with their work and specially their customer service. the initial call to request for an estimate was painless - tony came by to provide us a quote. joe and ali came to do the work all within schedule. they also cleaned up really well as if they weren't there! thank you solutions team for an amazing experience.

Tony and Jerome were extremely helpful and polite. After they found the cause of the job, they ensured they got the permit immediately, so that the work could be completed while onsite (in the first visit). Very professional, I would definitely use them again.

I needed an EV charger installed, along with electrical outlet in garage, a potlight that I couldn't figure out where had burnt out and some other items. Solutions was great. They gave me a quick email budget to give me an idea after sending them some pics and description which I really appreciated. Then they came out to finalize some of the details and provide a better quote, some items will still left a bit open as it would depend on what was found to be the issue. I still haven't paid for anything yet like some companies that insisted on a payment just to show up. When I gave them the go ahead they showed up right on time, worked most of the day and we worked out any issues that came up, pricing was right in line. No issues. They showed me some other things that I may want to look at in the future which I appreciated as I had not noticed before and are definitely important to review sooner than later. I had recently moved into this house so still working out some kinks. All in all, very professional and easy to work with. Just what I wanted now and moving forward. Thanks!

This is the second time that I've used Solutions Electrical & Maintenance and am very happy with their work - it is the gold standard. Here are the strengths that stood out for me: First, I needed them in short notice (5 days) - as my General Contractor advised me he had time to do the work and they fit me in. Second - they are very focused on customer satisfaction - which is really appreciated. We worked together to find the perfect placement of the pot lights - which was more challenging than I thought it would be. Finally this team is highly skilled! They were able to install 2 heavy duty ceiling fan boxes (after removing the old plastic boxes) without breaking the ceiling! This is the team to choose if you want the job done right! They aren't inexpensive- but great value!

We had Solutions come to do an electrical audit a couple years ago - best decision ever! Upon completion of several different renovations by different companies we felt uneasy with the electric workmanship - it seemed somewhat haphazard. The audit by Solutions helped us know what issues existed and they also fixed a couple of things right on the spot. Sure enough they found overloaded circuits, several unground ones and a number of messed up configurations that would require further investigation and we were informed we had to replace the breaker panel......a second time in less than 10 years! The previous electrician we hired had install it used a panel that could not be expanded and it was fully used, not to mention overloaded in places. They alerted us to possible asbestos in our attic so they were unable to complete the full inspection. We knew it was going to be a big job to fix it all so had to wait awhile before embarking on it. We completed the environmental assessment and received clearance from asbestos which gave us the green light to continue with the electrical work. We just completed phase one of the repairs and we want to shout out to Joe B and Carmen who did the work with Solutions - they found multiple junction boxes hidden, incorrect wiring, several very poorly and incorrectly installed pot lights that were a fire hazard. Their dogged determinedness to locate and dismantle the hidden junction boxes and their attention to detail to run new wires in an organized fashion and fix the multitude of prior messes has left us with a tremendous sigh of relief. The guys were so pleasant and their work-ethic surpassed any trade we've ever had work done in the past - long days and we never even saw them take a break! Every day they left us with power in the most important places, all tidied up. They were careful within our home, laying down plastic and wearing booties and as least intrusive as one can be doing such a rewire!! We most definitely will have them back to complete the last phase but also will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks guys!

I called to ask about booking them for a problem and instead they gave me a solution over the phone to try first as they didn't want to have to charge me for something so simple. I really appreciated their honesty and I would definitely go back for any future need!! Thanks so much!

We already had a Florida ceiling but T12 tubes were rapidly becoming obsolete and the conversion to the smaller T8's did not offer any saving or guarantee for the future. Two guys from Solutions Electrical came and in one day, removed the entire Florida ceiling, took away the components, checked all our breakers to check that we were up to code and then installed 12 pot lights. They did a magnificent job, including cleaning up as they progressed. This is the third time that I have used this company and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
