    Raccoon break in

    This company is one of the best company's I have ever dealt with. Right from the initial contact this company is all ace's. They are professional, courteous, forthright and honest. Chris was awesome. His explanation of the work to be done, initializing and completing the work as promised was perfection. All companies should take note as to how this one operates. Brilliant.

    Wildlife removal

    Justin arrived as scheduled despite early morning traffic. He was obviously very knowledgeable, passionate about what he is doing and very personable. He explained everything's out the situation and the fix very clearly. He also made suggestions for the next time the roof is replaced as far as venting etc is concerned. Very pleased!

    Squirrels in my attic

    Chris was so professional, he knew what he was doing and he did his job without hesitation. Problem solved. I would absolutely use this company again. I highly, highly recommend this company. Very happy customer. Thanks again Chris.

    Easy

    Brad returned my request for a quote the same day and to set up an appointment for an on-site evaluation. I suspected squirrels in the roof with a lot of scurrying sounds during the day. I was also called the day before to confirm, which I really appreciated. Technician Joel showed up early and was very nice and informative. He looked at the roof, set up a one-way door, and told me he'd be back to check but I wouldn't need to be there that time. A few days later, he took the trap, sealed the hole, and I haven't heard any noises so far. It's one of those homeowning expenses I'm not enthusiastic about, but the process was very pleasant and hassle-free.

    Removal of squirrels.

    Squirrel in the walls

    Only an experienced professional would have found the tiny access point: very low (you would have to lie down on your belly to see it) and at the other end of the roof, opposite the side where the scratching was heard. Access was secured, a one-way exit door installed, and we seem to be squirrel-free!

    The gentleman who did the work (Pete), was very professional and helpful. He took the time to explain what issues may arise with our squirrel problem, and more than what was quoted at no extra charge. I would recommend this service.

    Squirrel Removal

    I noticed that a vent had been removed (actually eaten) on the side of our home with a squirrel seen entering the vent opening. I called GATES WILDLIFE CONTROL & had Brad Gates at my home the next day (under 24 hours later). He investigated & in fact discovered a squirrel in the vent pipe. He removed all of the debris, checked the down spout of the vent to ensure there was no nest & installed a one way door for the humane removal of out uninvited house guest. An excellent customer service experience, extremely professional & done in a very timely fashion. Thank you!!

    Garage patch-up

    After noticing signs of critters living in our garage for a few weeks this winter (insulation bits torn out of corners, peanut shells littering the floor), we called Gates Wildlife Control to check it out. They were immediately responsive, and within 24 hours Nick came to make an assessment. Sure enough, Nick concluded that squirrels were using our garage as their winter palace. Nick was tremendously helpful, very knowledgeable, and gave us more than one option to fix the problem: one was a more immediate solution (sealing up any openings that the contractors had left when they finished the garage a year ago), and the other a more long-term solution (Gates could patch up any openings, AND install screening over any areas that looked like they might become openings in the future); we chose the more long-term option, and Nick gave us a quote, and within 20 minutes, the whole job was done! In the event that baby squirrels should be found nearby as the weather warms up, Nick also explained how Gates would deal with that situation. I cannot overstate how happy I am with Gates' service. Their expediency and professionalism is what every company should aspire to; it's not hard to see why they've become a highly decorated company. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone with wildlife concerns!
