Highly recommend. Courteous, informative and very efficient in removing a mother racoon and her babies from my window well.

I have been calling Gates for many years. From raccoons living under our family room to the recent birds nesting in our siding, I know I can trust them to get the job done, quickly without any issues.

Had squirrels in our attic. They made a hole in our roof and made a party for all their squirrel friends. I randomly found these guys on Google and booked them because the website looked legit. They showed up on time and did a great job. They explained what they did, and followed up. It was more than I was expecting to spend, but the squirrels haven't come back. The party is over for the squirrels, but the work performed was effective and sleeping through night without the squirrel parties is priceless.

Gates Wildlife Control resolved our squirrel nesting situation with clear, humane and long lasting methods. The work was carried out extremely efficiently and they were helpful enough to recommend other fortifying measures for our house to reduce future vulnerability. Would highly recommend them!

I had racoon babies in my attic. They were removed in a humane way. The person was very polite and professional.

Joe from Gates came to our 100+ year old house quickly and assessed the work to be done, quoted and went to work. We had squirrels that had burrowed through wood in our soffit and made a home in the walls. Joe ensured there were no babies, made a one way trap door, then returned a couple days later to remove the door, seal up the access point and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Excellent work service and excellent customer service.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value. our 1957 ranch style Bungalow has noises in the Attic, scrapping, scratching ...what the heck is it? A call to AAA Gates Wildlife Control was to get this resolved. Courteous customer service explained their service, what they look at & do including the approximate cost. With a service call booked, Joel the technician arrived prompt, did the inspection, look around the building & on the roof, went up into the attic..reported back it had been a Raccoon, that was not present when he was here. Explained what he needed to do/be done, we went with his recommendation. Its been a week, no more noises, thanks Joel. Highly recommended.

We had a racoon that broke through our roof and into our attic. They sealed up the hole where the racoon had gotten in and installed a one-way door to allow the racoon to leave. Came back a few days later, confirmed that the racoon had exited via the door and removed the door and sealed that exit as well. Also gave us some pointers on some cleanup of branches we could do around the house to minimize access for the racoon in the future. Thrilled with the service and would definitely use them again if needed.
