    Skunk Removal Underneath Shed

    A quick note to thank you for the services that you provided at our home in Toronto. It took a long six weeks, but we finally got them all out. A very special thanks to Dan for is diligent work, and his many many visits to make sure that we got the buggers out.

As you experienced, during the skunk birthing season it is sometimes next to impossible to access the babies when the nest is located deep under a structure. The humane solution is to let the mother continue to raise the babies until they are old enough to exit the den on their own (hence the many visits to verify if the babies are old enough to leave the den). When the young are foraging with their mother a one-way-door can be installed to allow them to exit and prevent them from getting back in.     Birds in our aluminum siding

    Wow! Amazing service today from Joel. Knowledgable, considerate and compassionate removal of birds in our siding. He took the time to explain everything he was doing as he did it. I will be recommending this company to all of my neighbours.

    Squirrel Removal

    There has been noises of squirrel in the attic for a month now, disrupting sleep in the master bedroom. Noises of squirrel running around the attic would wake us up at 6am or sometimes 3 am. Brad came with a helper and discovered '3 problem areas' which costs $35 each to resolve by putting metal nets on the marley roof. He then put a trap where he thought the squirrel would exit. He also went inside the attic and checked for holes - which he said there were none. 2 days later, Brad took down the one way trap and sealed the hole, but the noise was still present. I emailed him and he says to get mouse baits and throw them all around the attic - which I did. The noise was still present and I called his company to ask Brad to come by and check for other holes. Brad comes by in the morning, then leaves in less than 10 minutes - emails me and says there were no new holes he could see from the outside perimeter and then states that it takes up to a month for the bait to work.. I called his company and the person answering the phone tells me to buy a squirrel trap and put it inside the attic. Overall, Brad is very nice at first, but his follow-up and thoroughness is lacking. This experience has cost me $565 given to him. Although the contract says a 1 year guarantee, it is only as good as the person doing the work. I had to use another company and forked out another $650 - which they caught the squirrel and sealed off multiple holes inside the attic. This company appears professional and has many good reviews - perhaps for larger pests. For smaller pests like squirrels, perhaps another company. If AAA Gates Wildlife Control refunds my money - I would greatly appreciate it. Brad, the owner called and followed up. He was very apologetic and promised to refund the money as his money-back guarantee. He is a man of his word and he made the best out of an unideal situation.

    Raccoon in Attic

    When we heard some loud rustling noise up in our attic, we called Gates' Wildlife Control. Chris arrived promptly the next morning and proceeded to determine what was causing the noise. We were really impressed with how he handled the situation. He initially installed a one-way door on one of the attic vents and then closed the other entry point. When that did not solve the problem, he returned and did whatever it took to get the job done. Chris is very personable and clearly cares about his work and providing the best service possible. Thanks for everything you did to help us resolve our problem! You did a great job! We will certainly recommend Chris and Gates' Wildlife Control without hesitation!

    Raccoon mom and babies in the attic

    We were hearing sounds in the attic and contacted AAA Gates Wildlife Control who were referred by a friend who spoke very highly of this company. From my first call I made I was able to tell how well informed their customer service/dispatching staff are. Unfortunately I didn't write down her name but she was very helpful and explained processes very clearly and answered all of my questions without hesitation or putting me on hold. Tony the Technician was amazing! He was available earlier than our 2pm appointment and called to see if I was available which was very considerate of him. Before I even arrived home he had already inspected my house from the outside and roof and right away was able to determine and confirm that I had raccoons and knew exactly how they got in. He showed me an example of a roof vent ripped apart by a raccoon that he had in the truck and the one-way door and caging material and explained very thoroughly what his game plan was to get them out. I really appreciated it since I am very visual and I find describing what is involved is not as clear. After going into my attic he saw the mom and heard the babies. Unfortunately they were right in my sofit and after many attempts to get them out he was unable to do so during the first visit. He very efficiently reinforced/caged the other roof vents that were not damaged to prevent further potential damage and installed a one-way door in the one that was ripped apart. We heard a lot of noise that night and thought the mom left but unfortunately that was not the case. He told me to text him when I heard any activity so I did. He was very prompt to respond to all of my texts even if was to just confirm he got the text, once again very considerate. Tony was kind enough to stop by the next day and inspect the one-way door and noted that the mom did not leave through the door. He most efficiently replaced the door with a lighter one since he suspected that it may have been too heavy considering the amount of panicked noises we were hearing all over the attic - which shows that he actually listens, another plus in providing superior customer service!. The next morning my husband discovered traces of installation on the ground and when he looked up saw two new holes in the sofit. I texted Tony to give him the update and once again being so dedicated, he confirmed that they were our and he screened off the holes in the Sofit and removed the door and replaced the damaged roof vent and reinforced it with the cage before I even got home. Which was perfect timing since later that afternoon there was a downpour. I'm so relieved that they are out it has been nice and quiet in the attic since. I would (and have) recommend AAA Gates Wildlife control and STRONGLY recommend TONY for his dedication and commitment to ensure that the critters are out. Thank you Tony for your hard work and dedication and for making this situation less stressful.

    Squirrels in Attic.

    Back in March we had squirrels in our attic so my wife called AAA Gates Wildlife Control on a Sunday and had an appointment set up a couple of days later,Boris showed up on time and gave an estimate which we thought was very reasonable and he got up the ladder and did what he had to do, a few days later he came back and finished the job, we then had to phone someone to fix the eaves and fascia and soffit, while waiting for them to show up the squirrel chewed another hole and got back in so i called Boris back and he fixed it again at no charge, we then had the other work done and everything is great, just want to say i wouldn't hesitate to call AAA Gates Wildlife Control back if we have another problem, i would like to thank Boris for his very polite manners and workmanship. he would be welcomed back anytime, the price was right and we are 100% satisfied, thanks again Boris, you are awesome.

    squirrel problem in roof

    I recently contacted and hired AAA Gates Wildlife to help with a squirrel problem my mother was having. From the first initial appointment to the final day when the squirrel problem was resolved, the service provided by the AAA Gates Wildlife employee, Boris, was exceptional. He was very professional and kept me informed as to the progress of the situation. Thank you. I would highly recommend AAA Gates Wildlife for solving any wildlife problem.

    Raccoons in Garage

    I phoned Gates Wildlife as soon as I discovered a mother raccoon and her babies had set up house in my garage and first Tara and then Jennifer were both extremely helpful in arranging for somone to come and help remove my unwanted visitors the very next day. The morning of my appointment Dan actually called and said he was able to come earlier if that was okay, which made me very happy indeed. Dan was able to locate the babies and remove them with incredible care and extremely humanely, and he returned the following day to make sure all the raccoons had left my property and he even screened off the area where the mother had made her way into the ceiling. I would absolutely recommend Gates Wildlife to anyone with a wildlife problem.

    Raccoon Removal

    Nick came to the house on Good Friday morning. He was knowledgeable and polite. And there was no additional cost for coming on a stat holiday. After going into the attic to meet the aggressive squatter living in our attic he suggested how the raccoon had entered and explained what he could do to help it to leave and prevent reentry. We immediately gave him approval to proceed and he went to work raccoon proofing our attic.Nick worked quietly and finished quickly. When the raccoon left, it couldn't get back in and all is quiet in the attic again. If all service providers were like Nick, the world would be a much happier place!

    meshing for animal problem in soffits
