Gutter/Roof Cleaning
We had 'A Glass Act' clean our gutters and roof. They did an excellent job and even went the extra mile to resolve the water overflow issue by adding three new flashings. Kirby and his team were efficient, prompt and were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be repeat customers. Paul and Janet from North Vancouver

Windows, gutters power washing, etc.
A Glass Act has been cleaning our windows, gutters and power washing the back deck for the last 14 years and we have always been very happy with the work. Both Jim and more recently Kirby have been doing the work and have always done an excellent job. They are also very pleasant people and a joy to have around the house.

Washing of house, windows (inside and outside), gutters, roof, driveway, yard pavers, outdoor furniture pavers & walkways,...
Privileged to have been able to acquire a house over many years, I have found that one step to making it a home, for it to have future economic value, is to properly and regularly maintain it! Time and energy restrictions have often interfered with my doing that. Finding A Glass Act many years ago has lifted the pressure of this responsibility. Kirby and his associates are approachable, the job can be discussed ahead, and then the work required is prepared and executed VERY well. Finishing touches are automatic. Perhaps I am fussy, but I value my home, and am grateful to have the help I need each spring in order to continue happy and inspired living in that home. Thank you Kirby and friends. Dianne Globe

chandelier cleaning
excellent job done , he even changed all the light bulbs for us. He also kept everything clean at all times

Window and Gutter cleaning
We just had Kirby and his team from A Glass Act in for our regular Spring window cleaning and as ever, they did a super job. The windows were spotless, which is no mean feat given some of the high ones! We now also have Kirby in for a Fall window/gutter clean and that was really worth it this winter! It really is great to have such a professional and well organised service!

Power wash interlocking brick driveway
Kirby was a pleasure to deal with from estimation to completion of the job. Already thinking of the next job for him (windows). The power washing was done in a half day. My pavers were so dirty I had no idea of the stone detail until Kirby washed them all clean and shiny!

Windows Cleaned
Just used A Glass Act for the first time this last weekend. Very happy with the job that Michael did! Very thorough work and now nice to be able to see the sunshine through our clean windows. Thanks Kirby and team - we will be using you in the fall to clean our gutters. Shannon & Alan

Window cleaning
Great service that was very timely, reasonably priced, performed by friendly staff. They did a great job all around! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window cleaning

Cleaning gutters, power washing exposed aggregate. Window Washing inside and out. Second story window over front door cleaned inside and out. Mirror and glass doors cleaned. It took two days. More little things done to make me over the top pleased, and I have used this company for so many years.

Window Washing
The work was in a new apartment with large view windows facing South, West & North - still lots of builder’s dirt including lots of silicon and a greasy film. All I could see was dirt instead of enjoying the view but that is changed now. I wish they could have done all of the outsides as well as the insides because on the balconies where they could clean both sides it was a transformation. Hard worker just kept going until the job was finished and absolutely No mess - in fact the ledges looked great too. Thank you a Glass act!
