    Stairs main floor to second floor

    I was able to get a same day appointment for a couple stair sets that were extremely dirty. Stairs look great, thanks.

    Cleaning

    The guys were very professional, showed me the process and explained the problem areas. They were really efficient, they cleaned my entire house in under an hour. I have signed up for the semi annual cleaning and got a discount. Going to definitely reccomend to friends.

    Courteous, quick, efficient and good value

    Steam 'n' Clean responded to my query via HomeStars within a couple of hours, gave me a favourable estimate, and booked an appointment the same week. I wanted a sofa, three armchairs, two recliners and two recliners cleaned -- some reupholstered with delicate vintage fabrics. The serviceman did an excellent job for a reasonable price (I compared) and I'll use this company again when needed.

    Carpet and Furniture Cleaning

    The gentlemen came and used their equipment to clean two carpeted areas and one sofa. There were no guarantees - particularly given the extent of the stains on the carpets - but I think that each item was improved as a result. (At least I can be comforted that I have done all I can to clean the items.) They were courteous and considerate of the items in my home. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know in advance that ideally the items would take 24 hours to dry, as I had gotten the impression from the website and the reviews that I read that it would be a far shorter period of time.

As you can imagine it is hard giving exact dry times as there are too many factors to consider such as: material type, ventilation and airflow, temperature, etc. While we do a dry run and try to reduce dry times as much as we can ultimately it'll depend on the material itself.     Carpet cleaning

    Gord and Dave were excellent. They were fast, efficient and work was awesome. They removed some old ground in stains and now my carpets look brand new.

    Steam clean furniture and area rugs.

    They were on time, well prepared, knowledgeable and worked very efficietly. I was very happy with the results and I will use them again.

    Carpet cleaning and couches

    Carpets and duct

    Had my ducts done and my carpets. Happy to say everything was quick and efficient and these guys are super friendly and come with free advice.

    Two sets of stairs and couch cleaning

    Professional, responsive and took the time to clean a few other items as well. Both Jennifer at the office and Naveen the on-site technician were very professional and easy to work with. Text updates on ETA were helpful

    Couch & Rug cleaning.

    They were curtious, efficient and professional. Our couch looks new. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends.
