Jatin & Mandip installed our window. They did a wonderful job. They reinstalled the security wire and contact points in the window which they didn't have to. Also they reattached my blinds for me too. They went above and beyond what was necessary. I highly recommend A1 windows.

Patio door and customer service was amazing! Both Ranjit and Mandip were professional and efficient. They arrived a little early and we're done within 3 hours. Definitely recommend these guys!

I recently called A1 to replace the 100 year old windows in my house and I’m so glad I did. I am very impressed by the quality of the windows and their design. My initial contact, Robert, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and, when it came time for the install, Ranjit, Mandeep and Mani really went out of their way to ensure everything was done right. I would certainly deal with them again and recommend them to others.

we have bought windows from A1 since 1993, and twice more since plus a seal repair job. The warranty was lifetime then, but when I tried to apply it, I was told first that its 20 years now, and after the purchase proof, its 5 yrs now. A small tip up window leaked water in the frame and over the years in the hot sun, the pressure builds up and displace the seals. A few hours of work would fix it, but they don't take responsibility. Be aware of their promises.

We needed a very old, leaky window replaced in a bedroom. A-1 seemed to have the best reviews for service and quality, so we went with them. The setup for our service was easy and friendly, and the three gentlemen who arrived at our door the morning of installation (Mani, Ranjit & Mandeep) were great, finishing the job as quickly as possible while doing wonderful work. Our new window looks amazing, and they not only installed but did all the cleanup perfectly. We look forward to using their services again in the future...

I am writing this review 1-day after our window installation, and wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with the team at A1. Like many homeowners, when we were researching into renovation windows, it was difficult to choose, as there is no shortage of window companies to choose from! We were referred to A1 by our contractor, and spoke with Robert from the sales team. Robert did a thorough walkthrough of the company and products, but also focused heavily on the service-side of the A1 experience. He did a full walkthrough of our house and was not only professional all the way through, but also recommended changes to the new window setups to improve our overall experience in the home. This included swapping out the frosted glass material in our washroom windows from what was present in our current windows in order to increase light, and also the change of orientation for the kitchen window slider to increase airflow while blinds are down. After signing with A1, post-follow up service from Su was exceptional. This lady wonderful, and she is ON IT! Extremely professional and responsive in locking down our install date and accommodating our schedule. Our only issue we experienced along the way was with the rep that came to do the final/thorough measurements of each window. He wasn't the most polite or articulate of the team, but I reached out to Robert to ensure that all nuances of our house were properly documented. Robert was quick to call me back and reassure me that everything would be ok. On the day of the install, the crew consisted of Mani, Ranjit and Mandeep. These guys work HARD. Mani and his crew were originally given 2 days to complete the job, but because he realized that we had a toddler in the family, he pushed his crew to finish in one day to minimize disruption to our household. They also ended up installing drip caps to all windows for maximum protection. During the removal of the windows, the team accidentally knicked a window frame and left black residue on another. We fully expected some wear and tear to happen during the install process, but what surprised us was how Mani handled the situation. He was sincerely apologetic for damaging the walls, and asked if we had a can of paint available. At the end of the day, he and his team touched up the walls, leaving everything good as new. On our final walk through, Mani assured us of known issues like the shrinking of caulking, and reassured us that if any of this happened, simply call them and they will come back to do touch-ups. Overall, a really great experience with the team at A1 and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for renovation windows in their home.

Mani was very professional & friendly & fit me in early. Job was finished quickly & efficiently & all mess cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone. I’m very happy with my new window!

We decided to replace our balcony doors using A1 windows as other apartments in our building had used them and recommended them to us. A1 were prompt to schedule a measurement date and were very conscious of our space and dealt with everything very quickly. Our only issue was once we were booked in with a date for the install, the glass was delayed and we had to reschedule. It was unfortunate that the communication wasn’t great at letting us know this very far in advance. However, once confirmed the glass was ready a date was set and stuck to! The work itself is wonderful! Ranjit, Mandeep and Mani were amazing. They were considerate, professional, prompt, and went above and beyond with clean up. No disruptions, no issues - fantastic installation service. We can’t thank them enough!

I am very happy with the work done by Jasen and Gurpreet. They phoned to let me know their approximate arrival time (and that was accurate!). They efficiently installed the windows and left the worksite(s) completely clean. They were personable and polite and I would definitely recommend them. The scheduling of this job, however, had serious problems which were very inconvenient.
