It was through Home Stars reviews that i found Accord Roofing,...Ricardo came to the house the following day to review and quote on the job. As the job was in progress a few areas of concern presented themselves and Ricardo did not hesitate to make the additional repairs to ensure that the job was done properly! With the industry being so busy it is very difficult to find trades that are reliable, honest and take pride in their work. I know this first hand being a Builder/Renovator ....that is why I highly recomend Accord Roofing and look forward to working with Ricardo on my future projects.

I've dealt with many contractors for my renovations and I am glad to say that Ricardo's Accord Roofing is one company that I would not hesitate to call again. In addition to quoting a reasonable price, Ricardo is also much more people-oriented as compared to some other people (and clowns) in this industry. I would recommend anyone to give Accord Roofing a call, it's a business that deserves to flourish.

We called Ricardo from Accord Roofing regarding a leak in the flat roof above our study room. He came the next day. The estimate he gave us was very fair and reasonable, and he was able to work on our roof almost immediately. Seeing the great job he did with our roof, we asked him if he would take on the job of putting a new deck on our new roof. He did an awesome job! And at a very reasonable price too! Ricardo is a very hard working contractor, who does his job with a big smile, and a big heart. He is an experienced roofer and contractor, and has no qualms about sharing his knowledge and tips on renovation. Thank you, Ricardo. We now are able to enjoy summer on our new patio roof.

Ricardo from Accord Roofing was great. I had a leak from all the ice damning this winter and he came with in hours to inspect and wrote some suggestions that were needed to correct the job done by a previous roofer. Wished I found out about this web site two years ago. Anyway, he is highly recommended.

We had a leak in the flat roof area over our front hall. We called Ricardo from Accord Roofing. He came over the next day to take a look, and fixed it that morning, charging only his minimum fee for several hours of work. We are very happy and will definitely call Ricardo again for any more roofing work.

The eavestrough that Ricardo put in place leak and I have left message for 3 weeks and he does not return my calls. I am likely going to have to replace all of the eavestroughs he put up. As well the cost of the work that was completed was way too high when I talked to other folks. Postscript: This matter has not been solved and I have never received a call. In fact, I have had another roofer comment on the poor quality of work. I really don't suggest working with this roofing company. Service matters.

We called Ricardo and he came that same day. He looked at the roof and told us honestly that it didn't need to be replaced and that we could wait a few years to have it done. We were quite surprised by his honesty. We decided to replace it anyway as we wanted to change the colour scheme and to fix the top of the porch, which was in poor condition. They took a bit of time getting started on the job, but once they did, they completed the work in a professional manner. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest roofer.

One company reply was, "we're kind of busy right now can you call us next year? maybe January or February?". Ricardo from Accord Roofing call me back apologizing for not showing up but promising very politely that he'll inspect the roof and advise if needed repair or replace the whole roof, to my absolute surprise and unlike all the other companies my roof needed repair NOT to be replaced. I can very honestly say that if you want your roof professionally done and at an affordable price you MUST call Richardo from Accord Roofing. A friendly experienced not to mentioned honest and reliable crew.

One company, I won't mention names- quoted me $2500 to install flashing around one chimney on a second story roof! In comes Accord Roofing: I was referred by a friend and contacted Ricardo at Accord roofing. Ricardo was polite and very reassuring. Within a few days my flat roof was repaired and for a fraction of any of the other quotes I had received. Not only was the existing roof repaired but Accord installed a new membrane, and drip edging all around. The work was done professionally and the clean up was excellent. The receipt included a description of the work completed as well as an inspection of the other roof areas as well as a warranty from the manufacture of the products used. I was very pleased with my experience with Accord roofing and would refer them to anyone who will listen. Thank You.

We were looking for roofing for a couple of newly built shed roofs for the back of our house. Ricardo came and offered his very knowledgeable opinion on how to properly roof and also deal with the seams to our neighbours house in our abutting houses. Accord was not only the best price, but also the roofer who we knew really knew how to do the job properly. It's still new so we assume it's not going to leak, but we're assure that they back up their work.
