    Furnace

    Very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell like others. Schedule the appointment on my day. Installation was very clean, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend.

    Been using them for years at various properties

    We’ve been dealing with Josh for years and are very happy with the service- Air Treatment Climate Care maintains the HVAC/AC units at several of our properties. If there is ever an issue with their work, they come and sort it out promptly. Would recommend.

    Furnace replacement

    20 year old Furnace broke-down; repair was going to be very expensive. We have dealt with Air Treatment for over 20 years and have found them prompt, courteous and efficient. There pricing is comparable with their competitors.I find them fair, honest, reliable and would recommend them to anyone. Denise the sales lady has been with them for over 25 years and I find her knowledgeable, courteous and just a plain nice lady.

    Excellent Service

    I have relied upon Air Treatment for many years. They have always provided excellent and prompt service. We recently replaced our furnace, humidifier and added smart thermostat. Before I selected Air Treatment for this job I did my research. I learned that it is important to choose the right equipment, but it is extremely important that the installation is done right AND that the company will still be in business if a problem occurs. I highly recommend Air Treatment.

    HVAC System

    Air Treatment replaced my “old” HVAC approximately 30 years ago - and since then have been the only company to do any maintenance or service on the unit. Unfortunately the furnace failed and was not repairable. I decided to replace both the furnace and AC so naturally investigated the models available and the costs with a few other companies. Most just suggested the “ top of the lines”, along with the top of the line costs. Denise and Mel (Little) took the time to actually think about my 50 year old home, the size of the rooms and the ductwork, etc. to come up with suggestions about the size and type of equipment required (not the highest end!!) The installation was as I become accustomed to - neat, clean and precise. I also specified a very smart thermostat - one that would set heat or cooling as needed, set the humidity,etc. It was a complicated setup which was ably handled by Josh Little - and is, so far meeting my expectations (by Ecobee). With the very long warranty on parts and labour, coupled with the fact that I intend to still have my yearly maintenance done by ATS, I am expecting comfortable home living for may years.

    New Furnace, Humidifier & Smart Thermostat

    I am a repeat customer of Air Treatment. The motor in my furnace died this September. Denise came out to provide me some advice and costings on fixing or replacing. Ultimately decided to install a new high efficiency furnace, humidifier and "smart" thermostat. Denise came out on the installation day to check on the work and make sure the installation crew had everything they needed. The installation crew was fantastic. Polite, knowledgeable, and spent the time to make sure I knew everything they did. They also made sure I knew how to operate everything. I highly recommend them.

    Replaced central air conditioning system

    I have been dealing with Air Treatment for over 30 years for both heating and air conditioning. They replaced my old air conditioning system (UniPac) in September and as always were great to deal with, knowledgeable, professional, helpful. They also replaced our old thermostat discussing what would best suit our needs. I have no hesitation recommending Air Treatment for all your home heating and air conditioning needs.

    Outstanding service

    Our air conditioning system failed during the hottest week of the summer. Air Treatment was extremely responsive and endeavoured to fix the existing system prior to suggesting we purchase a new unit. When it became evident that the system was beyond repair (after a couple of weeks), we received prompt and courteous service from a seasoned sales professional who recommended the right unit for our needs (not the most expensive one) which we really appreciated. The technicians who installed the new system worked in the rain to ensure we were up and running, so that the house would be cool by night time. Air treatment also refunded the earlier service call fee for our old system. In summary, we had an excellent customer experience with Air Treatment from start to finish. We highly recommend this company, as it operates with integrity and aims to please.

    excellent service

    Denise McCormack is outstanding. She assesses the requirements for either air conditioner or furnace [we've used her for both], explains our needs and offers appropriate options. She arrives on time for appointments and arranges installation at a time that meets our schedule.

    Water cooled AC unit

    Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful Took a long time to receive the unit Services man had to return to adjust the unit In the end is working well I hope and does not waste too much water
