Excellent service from the salesperson Denise to Josh the installer! Their price was reasonable; they came when they said they would; they explained all the steps at each stage in the process. My furnace room was left cleaner than it's ever been. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy furnace company.

Exceptional service from the initial call. The furnace was not firing at all. I placed a service call and had a technician out to the house within an hour or so. He checked everything thoroughly and got things up and running though he advised that our aging furnace was pretty much on it's last legs and it was likely that if the problem persisted it would require replacing some parts. Given the age of the furnace, it didn't seem logical as the parts would be quite costly. We opted to replace the furnace if we encountered further problems. Sure enough, it was a short-lived fix and when the furnace stopped working again the next day I again placed a call and spoke with Josh. He arranged for Denise to come by in no time to evaluate and provide a quote for a new furnace. The installation took place the very next day. I can't say enough in terms of the service. I've had a maintenance contract for many years with this company and have always been very satisfied. The entire staff are extremely professional, and went above and beyond to evaluate any potential problems that might affect the comfort or safety of my home. Denise is amazingly quick, efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done pronto! Kudos, highly recommended.

I interviewed 5 different companies including Air Treatment. I was referred by two friends. Denise McCormack, the salesperson, was thorough, patient, and instilled confidence from the start of the project and she was accessible if I had questions. Scott perceived a venting problem wheich no other company had noticed and, while it added cost to the estimate, I was satisfied that the job had been done properly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and look forward to future sevice with them.

We have enjoyed the ultimate service by this company since 1981. From management to sales to service ,our needs are handled with thoughtful consideration and attention.Recently the aging furnace and a.c.were replaced in one ,and half days. No mess no fuss. Have been an Air Treatment customer for what seems to be forever. Our furnace was getting to the point where it was on its last legs and so thought it time to replace it. Denise as always was great and true to her word, the new furnace with newer technology fan has greatly improved the comfort of the cooling which is great. The fellows who did the install were great to have around and after they left, was hard to tell they were even here. Thanks again to the good folks at Air Treatment!

We have been dealing with Air Treatment for over 42 years. We would not consider dealing with anyone else. From the original water-cooled a/c of 1974 to the new until that will not guzzle water, we have been very pleased with their service, professionalism, promptness, tidiness, and ingenuity in getting the job done. I was referred to Air Treatment Climate Care from a colleague and family member, and after meeting a few companies, decided to go with this one. Denise McCormack is very informed and knowledgable and I didn't feel like she was selling me the wrong information. She was honest and helpful. I needed a replacement for an existing unit, and a new unit installed on another floor. We landed on a plan and price and when it was time for the install, we encountered some unexpected issues. The install team, Denise, and Mel all worked together quickly to source alternatives on the spot and provide me with a competitive price and a reasonable solution. The install team was top-notch. Patient, respectful of my home, polite, and worked tirelessly on a difficult install (13 hours!). I had to have a tech come the next day to fix a communication issue with one unit but it was not an issue with the install. Overall, was very pleased from beginning to end with the service and attention I received. It's rare to find that. Definitely will call again and have already recommended to my friends.

Just bought a new central air conditioner from Air Treatment. Got great service as expected. Denise McCormack is so professional. The technical staff are also top quality and very personable. Overall a great customer service experience. I bought my furnace from Air Treatment 10 years ago and they have done the routine cleaning for me. Without exception, every one of their service technicians has been polite and professional. I highly recommend Air Treatment.
