    Furnace and Air Conditionner replacement and installation

    From sales to installation and office personnel, everyone was very professional. Installation took 2 days as there were some modifications to be made to the previous set-up, including putting in a cold air return in the basement. Site was left very clean. Very satisfied.

    Air Conditioner

    Responded very quickly to my request for a service man to look at my air conditioner and give an estimate of necessary action. Due to the age(27 yrs) and condition of the air conditioner a replacement was reccomended. This was installed the following day in an efficient and tidy manner. I was very pleased.

    new Air Conditioner unit - one day service!

    After deciding I couldn't take this heat wave any longer and needed to replace my old AC unit, I sent an inquiry online to Aire One at 8:30 AM. By 10 AM I had a phone call in response. By 1:00 PM, three guys were at my door, ready to install a new unit. By 3:30 the same day, the unit was on and cooling my house! They were all friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the one day service!

    furnace and air conditioning

    I received very good information about the furnace and a/c unit that I was needing to replace. The installers were punctual and they kept me informed about what was going on. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

    York Furnace and AC

    I contacted Aire One June 27 2016 interested in AC for my home. They had such a good deal on, I went with both the York Furnace and AC. Install date was the 29th. The crew were very courteous and punctual. They did a job well done. My Family and I are very happy with our purchase!

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Aire One installed a new furnace and air conditioner for my home. They were very professional and polite through every step of the process. We are very happy with the equipment installed and the service we received from Aire One. We will recommend Aire One to others.

    Air Conditioner

    Got New air conditioner with a 10 year warranty and didn't work after 2 months, caller for service, worked for few days and stopped working again. I requested to get a brand new again. They told me they installed a new one. After five years it's not working any more. 10 Year warranty is not covered because a didn't do the yearly service with them. Called a different company to do the repair and they said Airone installed a start kit to make the compressor work and keep it going for a few years, new units don't need the start kit.

    Hello Isabella and Mario. The warranty conditions are clearly underlined on your contract and invoice. It would not be fair to thousands of customers who are properly following the warranty directions for Aire One to service you for free, only because you wrote a few bad reviews. You knew the conditions and decided to neglect them hoping that next time you have a problem we would just let it go to avoid your reviews. It would not be respectful to the customers that have service plans with us to offer you free labour despite the fact that you haven't done maintenance for five years.

    Furnace and air

    I had a furnace and air conditioner installed in my home they did excellent work very happy with my equipment, runs very quite, I am impressed because I only have a 3 foot crawl space where the furnace goes.

    New furnace

    We had a new furnace put in the beginning of this week. Very pleased with the workmanship and how informative they were. They took the time to explain everything to us. Also cleaned up after job was done. My husband and I are very,very pleased. Thank you so much. Janice and Doug.

    Installation of New Furnace

    I’ve just had a new furnace installed by Aire One and in the 12 years I have dealt with them I have yet to be disappointed in their service. Their technicians have always been professional, courteous and pleasant. I have not met one who has not taken the time and patience to explain and answer any questions. Not only did the installation of the furnace go smoothly without any disruption to my home but the technicians took great care to lay down tarps where they would be walking and even took the time to roll up any rugs in their path. When finished they swept, vacuumed and put back anything that they had moved (including the rugs). Congratulations Aire One for the exceptional customer service by your technicians and by all your office staff who are also extremely helpful, polite and friendly.
