    Home furnace

    Your technicians came in time, they did a very good job, and we are pleased to call this company again. They worked less then 1/2 hour and the furnace is working. Thanks

    Spring Maintenance on Furnace and AC

    I had a new Carrier Furnace and AC installed 2 years ago and have partcipated in the annual maintenance program since. I have been very pleased with my units and the service provided by Aire One. The installation was done with care and quality and the yearly maintenance and service technicians have been exceptional. They provide great insight and knowledge and are honest and hardworking and do a great job keeping my heating and cooling units in great working order. I would suggest Aire One to anyone who is looking to upgrade their furnace and/or AC in the future. Keep up the great work Aire One!

    water heater

    I have been with reliance for many years with a faulty water heater that was never being replaced. After being referred Aire One I finally have hot water that lasts. The techs were super curtious fast and friendly and on time. They where able to take out the old tank and replace it with the new in minutes!! I can't say enough how professional and knowledgeable these guys were taking the stress out of the whole ordeal... super easy company to deal with definitely recommend! The new tank is amazing quality and works flawless

    Furnace & AC

    They have been very helpful from day one, I pay for the maintenance plan and they keep track of when it's time to tune everything up so I don't have to worry about it.

    Furnace Maintenance

    We pay for a plan that includes yearly furnace maintenance and thought it was time to have a technician come out and check on things. The tech was very pleasant and humoured my 20 month old when she kept passing him toys while he was checking the thermostat. There was a bit of confusion as to what our plan covered but after we reviewed our contract, things were cleared up and there was absolutely no hassle. Great service overall.

    Service

    I would and have already recommended Aire One Heating to anyone. To begin with the representative who came out to price the type of furnace and a/c we needed, was not pushing at all. In fact he recommended that we purchase a less expensive model the we were looking at due to the size of our home. Then when the installation people arrived they put runners everywhere removed all garbage and cleaned up very nicely. If need we will them in the future.

    Tune up furnace ac

    I have A/C and Furnace from Aire One. The furnace was trouble at first and multiple visits to correct the problem. When Willis came . He fixed the problem and I requested him for today's tune up and everything is fine. I like his work ethic and demeanor. I would prefer the comp tune up for next year. Also you might want to give a break to seniors on fixed income for both ac and furnace from your company. $250.00 is a chunk of change and should be in the 175.00 + taxes...just saying.

    Furnace and a/c install

    Firstly, our sales consultant Colin was amazing. Consultation on Wednesday and installed Thursday, I couldn't ask for more. His explanation and understanding of his customer was beyond my expectations. The installers also were at this standing, it was all done and clean as I returned home from work. Aire One understand what is needed from a busy family and helped our home provide that for us. Great service and great people to work with, who do all the organization for......thank you!

    service

    had furnace & A/C tuned up. Tech was on time fast and quiet. Answered questions. Present himself in a polite manner & was very neat & tidy looking. Job site left clean

    furnace maintenance

    I heard a beeping from my carbon dioxide detector and it reminded me to have maintenance done on the furnace. The thing worked even with 2 batteries instead of its usual 3 and so I thought the noise was coming from the furnace, indicating difficulties. The service representative was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. I would rate his work a 10.
