    Annual check up

    Annual checkup was completed by Minser. He was very thorough and explained what he did and gave us pointers on what we should be doing. Very polite and respectful. One of the best technicians we’ve encountered. We pay a monthly fee.

    A/C Furnace check

    Had A/C Furnace checked by Adam S before winter comes. Very thorough inspection, no faults or issues found. After inspection, he gave us suggestions regarding our water heater. Aire One's pricing is cheaper then the company we are with so we decided to change our service to Aire One. Thanks to Adam S for suggesting it and also other products that they also offer. We will be looking at them also. Great to deal with!

    Heating and cooling system maintenance

    Our technician, James, came out for our annual furnace and AC check and did a thorough job. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had. He gave us a summary of the appointment, assuring us that everything was running well. We loved the communication from the company. They emailed us a time window the day before the visit and another email when the technician was on his way! His name was included so we knew who to expect. Thanks.

    Furnace Replacement

    The company was prompt with the repairs, was able to book me in quickly and get most of the work done within a few hours. Not the most responsive company, I had to call them for updates or answers to my concerns. I had an issue with having them come back to the house for repairs, which took over two months to resolve. They also didn’t notify my gas company about our new furnace, which was their responsibility, and I nearly got my gas cut off. Two of the four technicians that came to do repairs left multiple cigarette butts on my driveway and lawn which I didn’t appreciate and thought was unprofessional and rude.

    AC service

    Had issues with AC few days ago. Called Aire One and Technician Adam came by and in no time had diagnosed the problem and solved it. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend him.

    Furnace & Air Conditioning

    Troy C is an excellent technician. He's very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and clear with his explanations. Also mindful of COVID regulations. He was very thorough when checking my son's furnace and AC. Told me what was wrong, what caused the problem, and fixed the problem. The first time he came out, he did lots of diagnostic tests and a dye procedure. I then asked for him to come back a second time as a follow-up to that procedure. He even waited a few minutes, on a Friday, for my son to get home to explain everything to him in person. Thank you, Troy.

    AC and heater replacement

    Eric and Eric were excellent. very courteous and capable installers. Took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the new system. No complaints and I will gladly recommend them to others.

    AC Not working - Great Job Aire One!!!

    Our AC stopped working on a Saturday and I suddenly thought we would have to stay at a 30° heat until Monday. I’ve called Aire One and, in less than an hour I had a technician at my house. Adam was extremely kind and knowledgeable about his work and taught me a full physics class about how my AC and Furnace works. It ended up to be a very simple issue, but it was treated with maximum professionalism and care. Amazing experience!!!

    Service

    Service tech Hamed was helpful and friendly. Call in was quick easy and same day service . Just a bad time for the air conditioner to go on the fritz.

    A/C and furnace installation

    Technician Jason did a great job. He showed up in time. No delays. He called when finished and provided a thorough summary of the work he had done. He also suggested a few good tips for maintenance moving forward. Great job Jason !
