    Furnace Installation

    Andy and Keatley removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, installed the new thermostat, and did an excellent job explaining the process and answering any questions we had. They made sure we were comfortable with all aspects of our new furnace. They did a thorough job of cleaning up inside and outside of our house, to the point one wouldn't even know they were here. I would definitely refer Aire One, with installers, Andy and Keatley to anyone thinking of getting a new furnace and/or air conditioner. Tony & Gloria

    Furnace repair

    The technician was very thorough and conscientious. He discovered a gas leak at our meter outside. He took it upon himself to contact the gas company on our behalf. We would not likely have know about the leak otherwise. Excellent company to deal with!!

    furnace maintenance

    Technician (Troy) was here to perform a fall maintenance on our furnace. Troy was running a little late so called to give us an updated time of arrival. Troy politely introduced himself and was very efficient in his routine. He was patient while describing everything he was doing and was very receptive of all the questions that were asked. All in all, a pleasant experience.

    Servicing furnace and AC

    The nice young man that came to my home was very polite and courteous. He answered my many questions without hesitation or annoyance. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also showed me how to reprogram my thermostat to be more efficient. He was a delight to my day.

    New Furnace

    We had a new furnace installed today. Adam sold us the furnace. Great dealing with him. The installers were punctual and professional. Dave and Flo explained everything they did to install the furnace. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. It was great that they laid down a runner on the main floor and cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend this company for any of your furnace need.

    HVAC repair

    Air One did our winter service and discovered that we needed a new fan motor. They called me, set up an appointment for the next day and did the repair. Best of all, it was under warranty. You cannot beat their customer service.

    furnace service

    Troy, the service technician, was very courteous and polite. He explained everything he was going to do and did. Very efficient in his work. He also explained why the thermostat was not working. Very pleased with his work. Thanks Troy.

    delivery ac cover and install

    Aire One arrived with my ac cover and in fact put it on the air conditioner during the rain. Dave C and Chris S. both helpful and wanted to ensure best service. A little reminder which I thought was helpful was to remember to take the cover off before using next season. I would recommend both Dave and Chris anytime.

    Furnace maintenance

    I had Troy from Aire One come over to inspect my furnace before the winter, check and make sure it works properly. I was very happy with Troy and his expert knowledge and advice he gave me. I definitely would recommend him to other people.

    Heating
