    Heating & Air Conditioning Maintenance Plan

    A few years ago we dropped our heating and air conditioning maintenance plan with Aire One in favour of a competitor's plan. This week, we renewed our maintenance plan with Aire One and upgraded it to include air filters and humidifier maintenance and filter. All in, we will achieve an annual savings of 70.00 over our former plan with more features. No more trekking off to Kitchener to buy filters. Our technician, Homed, was quick, polite, professional and respectful of Covid-19 precautions. A credit to his employer.

    Checkup service on furnace and a/c.

    Very happy with expertise showed by Sean today. I will learn more about your company when a sales rep visits in a couple of days to discuss some upgrade options for furnace and a/c.

    Furnace service

    Sean was professional and efficient when he came in to do our annual furnace service. He arrived on time and used all health and safety measures. Thanks for your hard work.

    Furnace yearly maintenance

    Yearly furnace maintenance performed by Troy from Aire One. Troy was very professional and courteous, arriving within the scheduled time. Explained what service he had provided and answered any questions that I had.

    A Professional Team Member of Aire One KW

    It was a pleasure meeting Troy this morning. He was prompt, polite, honest, professional, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. Although, unfortunately there was a part needing replacement, Troy explained all the pros and cons of going ahead. You should be proud yo have Troy as part of your team.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning installation

    The service was amazing and very efficient!! The 2 technicians Scott and Ryan M were very informative and very friendly!! I would recommend Aire One to anybody!! I cannot complain about anything everything went very smoothly!! Thank-you!!

    Hot water tank

    associat was very helpful in explaining the problem And it took very little time to find the problem. They had to send another associate to do the repairs the next day. Also very friendly.

    Heating & AC maint

    I called for a service appt on Aug 31 at approx 2 pm the tech was here at approx 3 pm The techs name is Sean he was very polite, helpful in answering any of my questions & did a great job & he even wore his COVID 19 mask through the service call & he advised me of a present deal on a water heater I am presently with Reliance for it . You can send Sean anytime. Daryl Howes

    Service

    The service from call center was unprofessional from not calling me back to let me know a technician was coming the same day to dealing with manager at end of day

    Had water heater replaced!

    Charlie and Geraldo were excellent starting at the front door taking off their shoes to explaining everything they were doing down to the replacement parts. Showed me how everything worked before they left! Even put the red carpet down my hallway to protect my floors. Wonderful job. Thank you
