    Furnace yearly maintenance

    On Thursday Oct 4 my furnace had a yearly maintenance check. Laura was very knowledgeable and explained fan mode settings, settings on the humidity system and settings and all the checks that she was performing on the furnace were explained to me. Once again very satisfied with Aire One. One other item that was found was the incorrect name on my bill which was Henery Comforts and should be Harry Comfort

    Furnace and air conditioner maintenance check

    Excellent service provided by Sean. He arrived on time. Checked both the furnace and air conditioner. Reminded me of additional services provided by Aire One. Sean is a friendly, pleasant and efficient. Thank you Sean.

    Sean, Service Tech

    Sean (Kitchener) serviced my Furnace and A/C. Very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I would be happy to have him return for further servicing on my unit. However, I would not recommend Air-One to install any Furnace or AC unit due to past experience. My HVAC unit was compromised by 2 installers who had a total lack of respect and knowledge of the equipment. The company offered no apology nor did they offer any kind of compensation for the water that was in by basement after the installation or the numerous repeat visits they made for repairs. The owner was rude and said that the warranty will take care of any thing that breaks. The unit is now operating correctly after 2 years of repairs and numerous parts replacements. I will be keeping up with the warranty.

    Called in advance. Quick, short visit, by Sean to determine furnace problem. Able to explain issue and estimate new part arrival. Also, provided brief information on other services offered by company.

    Read dozens of reviews on this site.

    I've read dozens of reviews on Aire One, Kitchener-Waterloo on your site. The one item that seems to be missing from the majority of the reviews is the brand names of the furnaces and air conditioners being either installed and/or repaired. I read that Aire One handles many major brands, however brand names are not included in the reviews I have read. I have received a price from them, but am still unsure of which brand to purchase.

    New Furnace and AC

    Mike Zuluani contacted us on Sunday the day we requested a quote online. Mike was very flexible and met us the next day at 7:00 PM . We had received quotes and stories from other companies but Mike told us the way it was and did not beat around the bush telling us what we wanted to hear. We found him very knowledgeable and he explained things in detail. He did not pressure us into purchasing or try to sell us the biggest and the best. Mike showed us what would be best for our house and explained why. When we asked him about a humidifier he gave us all the info and left the decisions to us. I would definitely recommend you call and speak with Mike if your looking to purchase a fernace or AC. My wife was home for the installation and was impressed with the professionalism of the 2 installers. Both gentlemen we great and answered all questions asked. The equipment was professionally installed and when they left the worksite was clean and neat. A good job all around. Thank you

    Furnace & AC tune up

    I’m Selling my home and a home inspection indicated a furnace problem. I called Aire One and was fortunate enough to have James Chandler assigned to this task. James is a courteous, knowledgeable, and informative technician. He completed a thorough check on both my furnace and AC, addressed and fixed the issues and educated me on some basic but important maintenance tips. I would highly recommend James and also Aire One for the fast, smart and affordable service they gave me. Keep up the good work.
