    Furnace & Central A/C replacement & service

    When my old furnace expired permanently back in Nov. 2015, I contacted several companies locally to the Kitchener-Waterloo area to have it replaced. I decided to go with Aire One based on their extensive dealer/service network, friendly & helpful staff and fair price quote. Due to recommendations from online reviews and word of mouth feedback, I wanted a Carrier unit. Aire One also was a Carrier dealer to boot. I had my central A/C replaced at the same time to save some costs (Plus, it slso gave up the ghost 6 months prior to the furnace dying...). Two years later, we're still very satisfied with our Carrier units and the clean installation the Aire One technicians have performed professionally. It's reliable, quiet and very energy efficient... We noticed a significant reduction in our energy bills since. Since our recent service call, we are now getting a humidifier added on to our furnace plus getting our ducts cleaned by a company that Aire One deals with exclusively.

    Product

    My purchase was a furnace filter and apparently Aire One is the only company that sells the filter size I require. I'm not overly impressed by that aspect but the filter is of good quality and the price was not out of line with those found and various box chain stores. Staff were helpful and engaging ... you typically won't get that at a box store

    Excellent, speedy service!

    I dropped by Aire One yesterday for a new filter and to make a service appointment. A staff member helped me right away and I was able to book a same-day service appointment. Excellent customer service!

    Replacement Furnace Filter

    I visited the store because I needed a new filter . The Rep was very polite and helpful. He made the effort to ensure that I received the right filter . He also took the opportunity to discuss with me again the benefits of renewing my Warranty. Thanks.

    Furnace Tune Up

    I had my furnace scheduled for an annual tune up. There were two concerns identified. The following day I was contacted for an appointment to fix the concerns. My technician Peter was very knowledgeable, made recommendations, concerns were addressed. Very pleasant experience.

    Kind and quick service

    Our furnace wasn't working so and we called at 6:15pm (after hours). The technician showed up at 7 and had the heat running by 7:30. To prevent future outages the technician has ordered a new part and will be back to install at a later date. We will be receiving a call tomorrow once the part has been ordered.

    Good provider for Aprilaire products

    Been using Aired Ones office for Aprilaire air and humidifier filters for 10 years now. Nice that they always have plenty of stock and people on hand to process the transaction quickly.

    We had a furnace installed

    they came then they did an estimate and they came in two days and installed the furnace and they did a great job I am very satisfied with the service

    new FURNACE AIR CONDITIONER

    The salesman Mike Zullani ,was very good at explaining the process , and what was needed to get the new products installed ,and how to apply for the rebates.The installers were very professional and completed the install on the promised date .We recommended Aire one and Mike to our neighbors ,and they purchased a new furnace .

    Air filters

    Was good deal and they had it in stock will go again store in good location and has good hours on weekends they installed a new furnace and air conditioner last year and did a great job will recommend them to all great job
