    Annual service

    Service technician arrived when scheduled. Thoroughly inspected furnace and A/C. Asked appropriate questions re past issues (none reported), house humidity, and air flow. Washed down A/C unit when finished and reviewed final report. One part (venter motor) was noisy and replacement to be ordered.

    Service

    My carbon dioxide detector went off and they came promptly to check the situation. Did not find he source - CO2 readings were 0 - but made good suggestions how I can stay safe.

    AC service

    James came out to fix our AC. Had multiple part failures. He went above expectations to make sure we had a working ac over the weekend for the family and dogs. A+ service.

    James arrived within the schedule advised. I appreciate this prompt response. He was thorough and provided explanations for the service required. I required a replacement filter, which he had in his truck so there was no need to wait for a delivery.

    Annual maintenance

    Thanks for the great service as usual. Technician was punctual and explained everything that he will be doing. He was very professional and extremely courteous and I thank him for that. It is always a pleasure dealing with AIRE ONE.

    Service

    James was extremely helpful and curtious. We appreciate the great service and advice that was provided. James spent time explaining different things with us so that we works get the most out of our air and furnace. We would recommend Aire One to anyone!

    Air conditioner servicing

    Our technician showed up when he was supposed to. He was friendly and courteous and took the time to explain what the problem was. I would definitely recommend Aire One again.

    Nest Thermostat

    James provided exemplar service. He was courteous, considerate and professional. He took the time to explain things and got the job done quickly and well! He kept the work space clean!

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Aire One....SUPERB!!. They delivered on all that they promised. Delivery and installation were on time and professionally completed. Ryan and Ryan were awesome!! All of the paper work for rebates were filled out for us and sent to usand all we had to do is sign and send. Our salesman, Rick was curteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the products he represented. I would definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
