    Quick and fantastic

    I needed a laminate floor plank replaced after a cast iron stand mixer fell. Their repairman was polite, quick and his work was great. Overall, great experience.

    Hardwood floor installation

    I decided to go with alliance floor source based on consumer reviews and I am glad with my decision.They were punctual, gave me reliable time slot and installation was pretty neat . Matt was truly professional and skilled. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this service

    Basement floors

    When we decided to install floors in our basement, we visited Alliance Floor Source store in North York. There, we received an in-depth consultation from Timea, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered very nice looking vinyl planks from a huge selection of samples, and in just a few days all materials were delivered to the installation site. Thank you! But this is not all. A couple of days later, the contractor who was installing our floors unexpectedly quit. We called Timea, explained the situation, and asked if she could help. We couldn’t believe our luck when later that afternoon she called back saying that she was able to secure services of a professional installer, Matthew. Next morning, Matthew came early and got to work. He was fast and efficient and installed over 400 sq. ft. of floors and over 100 ft. of baseboard in just six hours, despite the tricky layout of our basement. The quality of his work deserves only high praise. People like Timea and Matthew really make a difference, and if you need new floors, look no further!

    A pleasure to deal with from start to finish

    After a trip to another company I noticed Alliance from across the road. I was looking for quality LVP to be installed into my condo and was shopping around for good advice, service and price. Within minutes of meeting with Timea and Lehel I knew I had found my vendor. They are professional and full of advice and guidance whilst offering very competitive pricing both on flooring and installation. We booked the site visit which was simple and painless and moved on to the install. Their installer was a pleasure to work with also and I was very pleased with the result of his work. I cannot recommend this company more highly as I believe they are the best in Toronto. Great job ! I will be referring you friends and family! Thanks for all you did.

    Cork flooring tile replacements

    Small office renovation

    Ordered new floors with them. Service was awesome, quality of the job was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!

    New engineered hardwood

    Overall a great experience and the finished product looks great. I had new engineered hardwood installed throughout my condo. The team at alliance was very open and honest with their suggestions and their pricing. My only wish was that there hadn’t been a delay in the timeline as this caused problems with my condo. I would definitely recommend alliance!

Sometimes unexpected things do come up outside of Alliance's control. The installers would rather do a perfect job than rush finishing it and not pay as much attention for even the small details. Unfortunately we under estimated the amount of time your job would require to be completed. It did not help timing that the furniture was not dissembled as originally agreed would be, and the fact that we ended up having to cut 5 doors for you (that was done at no additional charge, normally a $250.00 value plus tax) that we were unable to determine ahead of time. The space under the doors at time of estimating was too close to call. We really appreciate the feedback and thank you for the recommendation! Enjoy the beautiful new floors!     Damaged Floor Repair

    Floor installation

    Excellent customer service and the floor looks great. I ended up going with Alliance Floor Source as they were finding solutions to my problems -- a very tight deadline, creating an access for my backwater valve, uneven floor and a variety of tricky angles and door transitions. So impressed. The owner (Lehel) actually came to our home to do the initial measurements, then like clockwork the floor and underlay were delivered on another day, and then the installers came on another day and everything was done so efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Alliance Floor Source. They even followed up with me after the installation to ask if I was satisfied with the job before processing the final payment.

    Flooring

    It was a pleasure to work with Alliance Floor Source. They were knowledgeable, patient and helpful while i was selecting my preferred floor. My small house had some challenging details to overcome and the Alliance staff worked to remedy those with great success. Their installer Joe was detail oriented and thoughtful in the installation. I was very pleased with the result!
