Needed to replace the carpet runner on our stairs. Tima and Mike were very nice to deal with. Nice selection and fair pricing. Contracted installer was great. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for an exact carpet match and Timea was able to find the identical carpet. She was very responsive to all our email inquiries. And their price for the carpet was very competitive.

Met Mike at the showroom. Found him to be pleasant and witty -quick to answer any questions or concerns. He gave me plenty of time to browse. So I did choose a sample (luxury vinyl flooring) to take home and had Mike quickly give me a ball park quote (based on my numbers). Also asked if he could come down to my place to accurately measure and see if additional pre-prep work would be needed. For a small fee, we agreed. Two days later, he arrived at my home promptly on time as he indicated. Like a gentleman, he took his shoes off, nice to see that. Respectful and quick to get to work. He was in and out like a flash. I offered him an espresso, he kindly declined -had other calls to attend. FYI: if you decide to contract Alliance Floor Source for the work, the fee would be subtracted from your total cost. A few days later, I met Mike again at the showroom. I decided on another product and he said great no problem. We finalized details, payments and installation. Mike sent me Efron to install the luxury vinyl flooring, what a nice guy. Polite, respectful and clean. Very happy with his work. Some spots are soft or dip, but it's no big deal since I addressed the floor being warped to Mike. You really can't do much. Oh, and we fed Efron good, so he would be happy at work. All-in-all would not hesitate to refer Alliance Floor Source. It was a nice and efficent process to go through. Will use them again soon. Thank you Alliance!

Came across this company from the HomeStars website. Went in with minimal product knowledge and preconceived notion of what we wanted - Mike took the time fully educate us on different products to suit our needs. He came all the way downtown to do a sizing of the condo; delivery of flooring and materials were well managed. Floor was installed as promised and now we have a hardwood floor more beautiful than we ever expected. Extremely satisfied with the service provided both by Mike and the installer and highly recommend them. Will definitely go back if we decide to do further renovations.

Timea and Mike are helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have lots of knowledge, experience and advice to offer. We made several visits and they always had or made plenty of time to look after us. Timea also proactively checked stock at their suppliers to ensure we would have the flooring available to meet our aggressive timelines. We purchased about 1100 sq ft of luxury vinyl plank flooring at a competitive price. They were also very flexible when we found we had ordered too much and accommodated our return. Very happy with the service and the product. Will be back to see them when we re-do our kitchen.

I had contacted several flooring companies by phone before narrowing my options down to three, including Alliance. When I called I had the pleasure of talking with Mike. He was knowledgable, patient and friendly. As an interior designer I had a lot of questions which were answered in my opinion honestly, he really went the extra mile to explain the pros and cons of some products I was considering for my client. He invited me into the store which has an overwhelming amount of selection and took the time to show to both my client and I what makes certain products unique and how to distinguish quality amongst the glut of products available on the market. What impressed me about Alliance was their focus on educating rather than pushing. Mike seemed less focused on pushing a sale and more focused on selling me a product and service that I was satisfied with. I ended up buying some specialty mouldings, borrowed some samples that I'm sure will lead to an ongoing relationship! Thank you Alliance and Thank you Mike! A designers dream!

Alliance Flooring has been absolutely great to work with. I came into this renovation with zero experience or understanding of what I was supposed to look for, but Mike took the time to walk me through everything. Moreover, everything was conducted with minimal fuss - even when my contractors needed additional materials to complete the job, Alliance managed to sort me out in one business day, and the material was ready for pick up the very next day. Finally, they even came in to give me a second opinion regarding my contractor's work - highly recommend!
