Alliance Floor has the best service and price I have ever seen. I compared quite a few competitors in the industry, and Alliance Floor has absolutely no hidden charges or any additional charges even if they encounter unexpected difficulties during installation. The owners Lehel and Timea are very friendly and most importantly, they are very PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIBLE. Both the hardwood and carpet installers are punctual and fast-paced. Here is my story, Alliance floor installer made a mistake installing my hardwood floor by using the wrong nails, and causing the floor to be very squeaky. Once I reported this back to Lehel, he came in person to check my floor on the 2nd day, and then he offered us re-installation of the WHOLE hardwood floor AT THEIR EXPENSE meaning they had to re-order the hardwood floor material and pay the workers for removing and installing our floor again. And they apologized for the inconvenience caused me. After the second installation, my hardwood floor is solid and concrete. We really appreciate the result, and we definitely will recommend Alliance Floor to friends! Thank you Lehel and Timea.

Found Alliance from reading the reviews on Home Stars. Timea was very helpful in showing me different carpet samples after I described what I was looking for and hoping to spend. My original choice wasn't available but she quickly found me a suitable match. Two installers arrived on time and took care to remove and clean up the floor after disposing of the original carpet. They were friendly and thorough. It took 2-days to complete the installation. They fixed one or 2 issues with the seams to my satisfaction. They were excellent and professional. I am a satisfied customer and the new carpet looks great.

We had a hard time picking our flooring and a harder time finding a company to install. We were lucky and we found Alliance Flooring. They are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The condo we live in is not exactly 'trade' friendly, and Lehel bent over backwards to work around their restrictions. He came out personally at the end to check the work. I will hire them again when we do our next round of renos next year.

Great looking floors and extremely accommodating service...On obtaining the keys to our new property, we realized the floors were in really rough shape (lots of high-heel scarring with large patches where the finish had been worn away). They badly needed a redo but we only had a couple of weeks before our move in date. On explaining our situation, the company was extremely accommodating. They came over to look at the floors the very next day and scheduled the floor refinishing within one week. Now the floors look truly amazing! We honestly didn't think they would come out looking as good as they did. And with very little dust that is usually part of the job. Lehel and Timea of Allliance Flooring Inc., have been providing our company, Marval Contracting Inc., with hardwood flooring, whether engineered or laminate including hardwood refinishing for the past (10) years. The lengthy relationship between the companies continues as Alliance has always met the needs of Marval's client base. The selection process at the showroom, site meeting, job scheduling and work completion and of course the price of work are dealt in a very smooth, concise and amicable manner. Suffice to say that our two companies willl continue the business relationship.

Excellent service! Both Lehel and Timea were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They have a great selection of flooring - more than several places we looked at. We were able to take our time to look through all the samples and even took a few samples home (with a small deposit that's returned). They explained both pros and cons of different flooring and installation choices which was very helpful. Installation itself was very quick - taking less than a day (approx. 9am - 3pm). We had approx. 500 sq ft that we wanted covered including quarter rounds. The job was done very well and we are extremely happy with the results. We definitely recommend Alliance Floor Source to anyone looking for new flooring.
