    Professional company. The job was completed with ease. Both Kavi and the tech on site were great to deal with and knew what they were doing. Price is average for a big company. For myself, a back water valve is extremely important as it can potentially save your house from being destroyed so I valued paying more for a big company.

    Great job with the install and piping. However next day my water is coming out brown and I called them and they didn’t really take care of it. My water is still brown and I wish they would send out their technician to ensure they did a good job. Update: the company was great at sending guys back to check on the problem. They did what they can to sort out the issue. Overall great company and I know I’ll hire them again!

    Repair or maintain airconditioning: Centralized; 1 unit
    Took their time diagnosing the issue, even when they couldn't reproduce the issue I was reporting. Found the cause and repaired. Very satisfied with their performance.

    Pre-service deliveries were excellent: Technician was late but company had map that showed his progress which completely de-stressed the timing issue. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, with a quote of just under $1,000 for a re-piping job, I started looking for another company. Very disappointed!
